Eumelia was outside of the Academy, taking a walk outdoors, in the courtyard. She'd finished studying for her Sociolinguistics class. She found it an interesting combination of literature and mortal culture. It helped her learn how to get along with these people, how to interact.
Eumelia was a god, to put it frankly. Her mothers were the Muses of poetry, epic and lyrical. She was completely blind as to what these mortals did, how they lived her lives. That's why she decided to just take a walk. Then she saw something.. interesting.
It can't be her, Eumelia thought. The odds are against it.. I'm sure that it's most definitely NOT her. The problem was, it WAS her.
Tesa. She had come to the academy. Eumelia had no idea how to react, so she just did the thing that made the most sense. She would calmly and politely greet her.
She walked up to Tesa, who appeared to be studying. "I-I know you", Eumelia began. "You're Taya, a descendant of Aphrodite and Dionysus. I.. met you at a party on Olympus. You walked out of the party looking mad.. and I never saw you again. It's nice to see you again."
