It's naturally curly if he doesn't do anything to it, however he styles it more often that not as he likes to look good.
His dress sense is as stylish as he can afford, though frequently runs out of clothes due to a certain long haired kleptomaniac. Due to his predicament it's difficult for him to find clothes that aren't difficult to get into. If he can get away without wearing a shirt, then he will. Clothes can be restrictive and make things awfully uncomfortable. Though he'll dress up if needs be, mainly because he likes to feel attractive.
His eyes are a dark, chocolate brown up close, complimenting the gentle tan of his skin. Gabriel tends not to burn during the summer months, and instead usually comes out of summer a healthy caramel brown.

Gabriel believes that the sun shines out of his ass, his ego is so huge that you couldn't possibly inflate it any higher. One could definitely say that he is incredibly narcissistic. Gabe is not shy, and he likes to let his opinions be heard whether they're helpful or not. He has a loud voice and is rather outspoken. Most of the things he says come out sounding rather blunt as he doesn't see the point in sugar coating things.
Gabe can come off quite rude as well, as he doesn't have the best attention span and will get bored very quickly. He's not all that good at covering up the fact that he's not paying attention which makes people think he's purposefully ignoring them. His short attention span makes it difficult for him to focus on things for very long, whether that is school work or conversation. He's very likely got ADHD.
Gabe is impulsive, while he is a clever boy he can often find himself stuck in stupid situations because he ran head first into something instead of simply thinking about the situation before he acted. If a human touches the halo it can make him or her feel intense europhia for a period of time. The halo also acts as a barrier for mental attacks, Gabriel's mind cannot be attacked while the halo is intact. If the halo is damaged, then his mind can be attacked before it regenerates. However, it's pretty hard to break or damage it. Gabriel can let trusted minds into his own - eg: William's.
Discovered when: After he had come back to life as an angel.
Discovered how: Gabe's own powers killed him, or so he thought until a couple hours later he had come back to life. However there were some quite noticeable differences from before he died ; he had giant white wings spanning his back and a halo hovering over him.

Gabe was born in a small country in South America called Uraguay, he didn't spend much time in the country though as he moved to New York when he was only a young kid. His parents had a nasty split, and so Gabriel went to live with his father who he continued to grow up with throughout his childhood. Unfortunately Gabe was not on good terms with his mother after the split, and over time she became estranged to him.
At the age of seven he ended up in the classic fork-in-toaster kind of accident, the results were inevitable and he was sent to the hospital in an ambulance. He still has a faint mark on his right hand from where he got burned the worst, it's not all that noticeable though.
A while after the accident Gabe began to discover that he had the ability to control electricity. He didn't figure it out all at once, first he thought he was imagining things and believed it must just be a string of coincidences. At the start all the things that happened were only minor events, lights flickered and sockets blew. He ended up accidentally starting an electrical fire after throwing a fit at his father.
As time went on though he started to realise that all these events seemed to be happening when he was feeling extremely strong emotions - be they positive or negative, and also before any storms hit. His father became concerned after Gabe ended up accidentally killing the family dog through a massive static shock. He realised the boy was a danger to not only himself, but to others.
This caused his father to look into some kind of help for his son. He mightn't have found exactly what he was looking for but he did stumble across Starlight Academy. He didn't have much trouble pulling Gabe out of the school he had been previously attending, as Gabe was an unruly child and always in trouble in school, so his previous school had only been too happy to get rid of him.
Gabe's time at Starlight Academy was pretty uneventful until he stumbled across a strange new kid with an old piece of tin foil on his head. Before hand he'd been content enough; partying every other weekend and going through multiple relationships a year - none that ever lasted more than a few weeks.
Things changed a little for Gabe when William came to the Academy, he finally found someone that he actually cared enough about to stay with for more than a couple weeks. Gabe had many friends but before William he never really had someone who he was so close with. He'd never truly loved somebody before William Beckett came along.
They'd been together for seven months when things took a turn for the worst. Gabe began to think that William was cheating on him, and he didn't react well to it. This caused Bill to feel like Gabe didn't trust him and the boy ended it with Gabe.
Gabriel didn't take the break up well at all, and his emotions were running high. Over the few days that followed he lost control of his powers completely. It was far different than any time previously however, they slipped out of his control without him even knowing it and they slowly began to kill him as they crept towards his heart causing him to go into cardiac arrest.
Luckily for Gabe though there is someone out there looking out for him as a few hours after he supposedly had died he opened his eyes again and let out a breath. Naturally, confusion overtook him at first, as he now had gigantic wings protruding out of his back and he didn't understand how he was even alive. He had come back as an angel.
Electrical powers morphed to elemental ones. Can now harness the power of storms as well as the electrical currents that run through technology.
