Celestial came walking through the entrance to the police station. She wanted to follow her fathers foot step granted she just stole and got ride of 7 peoples wallet and sadly enough only got like 5 dollars from it. Why didn't anyone carry cash anymore and not that stupid card? she thought Her blind fold around her eyes she listen to the pure chaos of the area. She knew better then to try to think anything negitive right now and it like she wouldn't say it out loud. Celestial was a very straight ford girl and she made sure she said what she was thinking just so no one would think she hiding something and she didn't know if they could read minds or not.

She put her hands on the front offices desk where the reception was her white hair pulled back into a braid and her bow and arrows on her back. She wouldn't be surprise if they try to arrest her for having a weapon on her. "Hmm... maybe I should take my blind fold off? " she said mainly to herself how ever she didn't do it not with how crowed the room was and she was already getting a head ack as it was. "So need an enchanter right now for these head acks. " she mumble to herself as she let out a sigh "Hey person mind if I get to talk to who ever in charge here?" she said her voice a little demanding but she couldn't help she had a strong personality.

[thoth=http://i.imgur.com/3GtjtM3.png]It was safe to say that not just anyone could walk in and demand a meeting with the chief of police. Hell, Angelo was a police officer and he'd have a hard time getting time with the chief of police. It simply wasn't how it worked.

And any time someone asked to see the chief, it meant they got whatever cop was on duty, whose job it was to figure out if they had an actual reason or not.

A few minutes after Celestial asked the receptionist for 'whoever was in charge', Angelo emerged out into the lobby of the police station. He was in uniform, which made it pretty clear he was a police officer, but the literal mane of hair that reached past his waist was far from professional. He liked his hair, and he was thankful that the police didn't have much of a dress code past uniforms. If he'd had to have cut it to get a job? Well, he might not be working with the police at all.

He couldn't even say he was surprised when there was a girl standing there (highschool, probably?) wearing a blindfold. That sort of thing would have been downright bizarre in New York, but on the Manta Carlos Islands it didn't even rate. Her eyes probably wept blood if she opened them or something weird.

The bow and arrow were a bit weird, but they were on her back, so he let himself relax, approaching her. There was no way to tell if she was actually blind with the blindfold, so he opted to avoid a handshake entirely, just in case she was.

"'Lo. Name's Angelo Genovese, the receptionist said you wanted to speak to an officer?" Straight to the point. He was on the job, and he did have things to do.

Celestial heard footsteps coming her way despite all the damn noise that was around her. She let out a sigh getting ready to take who ever is approaching her or not. She then heard a voice. A male older man and the man was blunt and to the point. "Rather speak to someone in charge. However, if this is the best thing thing fine. Is there somewhere we can talk this noise is giving me a head ack and I really would like to take the damn blind off and not male my head ack worst. " she said to him as she let out a sigh

Being in the office reminded her of her father that used to be an officer before he died on duty and she did her best to push back that memory. "My name is Celestial Polaris and don't worry it nothing bad to report in. I just need to talk to someone about..." she closed her eyes " freaking noises....sorry when I blind folded I tend to pick up other senses so right now this is a pain." She said to him she really need to find something that will work so she wouldn't have to be blind folded and not seem rude for not looking a person in the eyes at the same rime.

[thoth=http://i.imgur.com/3GtjtM3.png]"Unfortunately, no can do. Chief's a busy guy - if you've got important enough stuff for him, then maybe you can talk to him later, but if everyone who wanted to talk to him got to, there'd be no end to it." He had enough stuff to do without having to talk to random civilians.

Angelo moved over, pulling open the door deeper into the station. "A conference room then." He wasn't clear on why she was going to get a headache, but he supposed it was probably something power related. Why else would she wear a blindfold? Probably something overwhelming her senses, or something weird like that.

Assuming she followed, he'd guide her along to a rather plain conference room - no one way mirror or anything, just a basic desk and a few seats on either side of it, once of which he grabbed before gesturing her to sit down, unclear on if she could see or not. "Grab a seat and let me know what you needed to talk about." Nothing bad, she'd said, only he wasn't entirely clear what else someone would come to the police station for.

She walked with him and when she heard the silence she reach up and took off her blind fold. Her ice blue eyes looking around. There was nothing special about this room which was fine by her.
She took the bow and arrow off her back and set it on the table and then sat down and looked at him. She made contact with his eyes long enough to read his so called surface thoughts if he didn't have a mental barrier or something up that would take longer to get inside there head

"Like I said my name is Celestial Polaris I ham a 12 year student and like I said it nothing of importance really." She said to him she took in a deep breath and let it out "I want to become a cop, now I know I am still young and you will deny me but I must assist you let me become one. I am a skill mark man not having a gun or compact bow should be proof enough." She said making she not sounding like she begging him.

[thoth=http://i.imgur.com/Df91J9s.png]So she wasn't blind. Or maybe she was blind. He couldn't really tell anymore. Maybe she had been blind, but navigated some other way with the blindfold off? He couldn't tell. Maybe someone who had lived on the island their whole life might have a better idea, but he sure as hell didn't.

His thoughts were mostly confusion at first - idle wonderings about what he was going to be asked. And then, as Celestial explained why they were there, his thoughts took on a much different shape - one of secondhand embarassment. What he thought wasn't going to help her much, because what he was thinking was really just what he was saying, but a few seconds earlier, and with the occasional 'kids these days' mixed in.

"One: No. Two: Still no. The police force absolutely won't accept anyone who isn't at least of legal age. You are a minor. For another, we aren't going to accept anyone without the equivalent of a highschool diploma. For yet another thing, you seem to have no idea what being a cop is really about. If I have to pull my gun once a week, that means it's a really shitty week. If I have to shoot it once a week, that means I'm doing a fucking terrible job at defusing the situation." He almost added in something about no police department using bows, but he supposed if someone had some kind of bow-related power, it might at least be plausible.

"Go back to school. Finish school. Take a year or two of criminology or law or something related. And then the police department will take a look at you." And not a single second before, because, if anything, coming in like this was only going to make her look silly. He'd be doing her a favor by not noting it down at all.

She glared at him "One you insult me by thinking I don't know what an officer does and by calling me kid. I am 18 and fully grown adult that can make choices of her own. Two I am in school and I never said I would quiet going to school. However, I do need a job to support myself since both of my parents are dead. Three you want to talk about rules and guideline what about your hair blondie? I am sure that is not to code seeing that it not above the collar. As well as finally I bet you that I can do much better then any cop here, put me thought the academy, my marksmanship is keen, integration skills are on point, I am more then just a common high school student. I will prove myself worth if I can join..... wait are you even the person to talk to about this ordeal? "she asked being blunt about it and let out a sigh "If not then I am wasting my breath and time on you. " She said to him as she stood up and put her blind fold back on and picked up her bow "Give me any challenge and I will complete it if you are the person that I need to talk to and need to talk to." she said to him

[thoth=http://i.imgur.com/3GtjtM3.png]Angelo had never in his life been so tested. That's what this had to be, wasn't it? A test. He was being tested, to see if he could maintain his composure. Good god it was hard. He was mostly managing to keep a straight face, only the corners of his mouth kept twitching up, and his sides ached from holding in his laughter. How was he not supposed to laugh? It was like every teenager ever had just rolled into the station, demanding that they be taken seriously because they weren't like other teenagers. They were special snowflakes who were somehow above the law and the rules.

"Unless you're rich, you don't need a job to support yourself. The school provides dorm and meal plans to all students. Unless you failed out rather than graduating, you can head straight on up to college for crimonology. So, where is your diploma? Because you can't become a cop without one." For god's sake, even he had managed to get through high school.

Her challenge was a bit too much, and he had to turn away, lips pressed tightly together until he managed to get himself back under control.

"Oh no your highness. I apologize. How could I not realize that I was in the presence of someone so much more important than every other highschool student? Should I grovel?" His tone was obvious sarcasm, but he stood anyway. So shoot him, if it was a test, he'd failed. "Then your test will be to convince the person who would have say in the hiring. I'm sure she'll be delighted to have someone with a skill so useful as archery."

He was out the door and off towards Kiara's office, knocking hard on the door before leaning in.

"If this was a test, you made it too obvious. If it wasn't a test, the second coming of Jesus Christ is here to grace you with her presence, and wants to become a police officer." That was about as accurate a description as he was going to be able to manage without doubling over from laughter.

Kiara had no idea what was going on outside of her office. She finished making a call to her lawyer boyfriend over a case. Admittedly she added some flirtations too here and there. His determined professionalism was just so cute! She got off the phone and went back to her computer to check her work email. Just as she opened up the page, a series of hard knocks hit her door. Her eyes shifted from the computer screen to the door.

"Come in!~"

She answered in a sing-song type of voice. A fanged smile spread on her face as she saw Angelo come in through the door. Her tail casually swayed from side to side as she examined the officer. The blonde appeared baffled for some reason. He immediately called her out about a test of some sort. The woman tilted her head in confusion. Her mouth twisted a bit.

"The second coming of Jesus? I don't even recall seeing a new job application today."

Clearly this person had to be a piece of work if he was wording their presence as such. Her smile came back as she leaned back in the chair. She crossed her legs and arms.

"Please, lead them here. I'm quite interested in seeing our new Lord and Savior!~"

A giggle escaped her lips. This should be entertaining.

Celestial finger twitched and if he was as good she could swear there was a vain popping out of her head. She wanted to hit him so bad in the back of the head and so much more but she didn't want to get arrested for assulting an officer. "I have my own personal reason for not fully wanting to take the damn school charity and everything. Blondie." she said to him through her teeth that was tight shut and practily grinding each other. "Shouldn't need one I read the laws and... fuck you like I have to explain myself to an old geezer like yourself." she said as she took her bow and arrows "Skills in archery is more then pointing a stupid gun and firing hoping you hit your damn target." she said to him as she followed him

She didn't wait she walked into the door as soon as she was told she was allowed to her bow in her hand and arrows bag on her shoulder. "I know I didn't put one in but I figure I will come in and not only do one but talk to you personally." she said the white hair teen had her blind fold on there was no need to continue to read offices girly man mind he clearly says what was on it. She stood there "My name is Celestial Polaris 12 year and I am far from a savior sir." she said she knew she was a miss but her father said you always say sir to them show respect since male was highly respected where she was from and she was in charge.
