Noah had been walking, minding his own business, being a perfectly non-invasive person. He liked the forest, even more so when it was snowing - although, truthfully, he had yet to see it in any other light - and had happened to be walking past the clearing in which some sort of confrontation seemed to be taking place. He paused, peering through the brush separating him and the band of students, watching for a few minutes in confusion.
