Freezing everything

Aseri narrowed her eyes, and moved closer to Katie. "There are better ways to take care of animals than blasting them with light." She made a fist, debating whether or not to punch the girl and let her know how it felt to be hurt. "You could always just wave your hand, or shout, or gently move them... but that... that was just plain wrong..."

She stepped away, having decided not to start a physical fight with the girl. "You are so lucky that I don't feel like bursting someone's brains out today, missy... so lucky. Watch yourself next time... because trust me, if I ever see you hurt another animal again, you'll regret it... are we clear?"

"Yes. I should just run away from here. I can't ever do something good." A tear fell down her cheek. She turned and ran away from the crowd.

"Wait!" he ran after Katie. When he caught up with her she was crying very hard. "Please don't cry."

She turned around at him. "Thank you for understanding me. But it was just an accident what happened with the crow. And I said sorry, and there's nothing else I can do. Well at least I think so." she smiled a little smile. "Thanks a lot. you have a heart of gold."

"Well thank you Katie." He looked at her and grinned "Your the first person I met and your a very nice person. I hope everyone is as nice as you."

"Thanks, your very kind yourself." she grinned. She then looked at the ground and said again, "But, I am sorry of what I did to The crow. why don't we go somwhere? we can get to know each other more. How about the city?" she smiled. She really liked Aike.

"Sounds like fun where do you want to go?" He liked talking to her very much and he longed to spend more time with her.

"Hmmmmm. I hear there's a new resturant opening today. It's called the rose. It's a nice resurant. We can stop there and have a talk." She smiled.

"Sounds good." He smiled at here and he started blushing as he said, "Are you asking me on a date- I mean that would be cool, but if not that would be cool too." He was a scarlet color now and felt embarrassed.

she turned red. "Yes I am. Well, I'll meet you there!" She ran out of the forest to get ready.
