Cordelia threw her head back and laughed, then looked back at Axel, shaking her head. "Don't worry, I'm not going to kill you," she said. "I'm at least somewhat trustworthy." She shook her head once again, and slowed down just a tiny bit when she noticed he was in pain. "You alright?" she asked him, concern showing in her voice and on her face.

Axel nods, "I'm fine.." he mutters and continues forwards. Truthfully, he was in excruciating pain and just didn't want to show weakness in front of the woman. He didn't know what was causing him to want to act like such a child, but he didn't stop. He continued to look ahead of him with his vision dancing and his body hurting more.

Cordelia had heard him, but she didn't make any movement to show that she had. She merely continued walking, not believing at all that he was fine. She wondered why he was being so stubborn if he was, in fact, in as much pain as she believed he was. What? Did he not want to seem weak or something? "Are you sure you're alright?" she asked him, then shook her head. "Either way, it doesn't matter. When we get to the school I'm taking you to the hospital wing."

Axel turns at her and gives her a glare the would scare even the most war hardened soldiers, "You will do nothing of the sort." If there was one thing he hated more than the person who killed his parents, it was hospitals. It wasn't so much the hospitals themselves, it was more of the needles and the way they felt. It wasn't exactly pain but it wasn't a back massage with. He didn't particularly care for the feel of cold metal being put into his veins.

Cordelia swallowed nervously when he gave her that look, and blinked a little bit, wondering what that had been for. What? Was caring suddenly a crime? She rolled her eyes when he said she wasn't going to do anything like that, wondering why he had to act all tough. "You shouldn't be so stubborn," she told him. "I mean, seriously. What's so bad about hospitals? Is it so terribly bad that I actually want to make sure you end up living through this?"

Axel shakes his head, "I'll live, I have no worries about that..but the hospital is a no..even if you take me I'm leaving immediately." He tells her. Hospitals also had haunting memories for him. He had sat in one for 3 or 4 days to see if anyone in his family would survive and was delivered the news they wouldn't there as well. Even if it was a different hospital, he didn't want anything to do with being in one. Fear showed in his eyes as the prospect of entering a hospital continued to blow through his mind.

Cordelia sighed and rolled her eyes. "Fine, be like that," she said. "Where do you want me to take you, then? There's no way you can walk on your own." Alright, maybe he could walk on his own, but she wasn't going to let him. She didn't want him to hurt himself any further, after all. She noticed that look of fear in his eyes and blinked, having not expected that. He didn't exactly seem like one to be afraid of things easily; at least, in her opinion. So, she supposed she just wouldn't push him to go to the hospital.

Painter shakes his head, "It doesn't really matter to me to be honest..anywhere but there" he says with a shudder running down his back as he continues to quietly walk forward. His vision was nor permanently blurred, and he could barely make out anything. He knew this was a sign he was going to pass out soon, but chose to fight it off for as long as he could.

Cordelia nodded. "Fine, I'll take you to the boys dorms," she said. "You're going to need to rest. Do you have any problems with that?" she asked him, just in case he was afraid of dorm rooms as well, although she doubted this. She didn't know that his vision was still blurry, so she couldn't really help him with that, and she didn't know that he would probably pass out soon, either.

Axel smirks at her, "I don't know..the kids are always mean and they pick on me.." he says, laughing a few seconds later. By this time he's developing tunnel vision, and can see black on the edges of the blurs, "Well crap..this may not be good.." he says with a mutter, "Getting tunnel vision here, so if I happen to lose consciousness please don't dump me off like I assume you would."
