@"Abusa"
"Foo-od..." She tried the word out and stared at him as though he had grown an extra head. Apparently the small, round things were called chips and also food but how would she know when to call them by the proper name and which one that was? Was there a difference?
She watched him attempt to catch the box she had so carelessly tossed aside and paid it no mind what so ever. It was a useless item and she couldn't see why he needed it. Lifting her hand away from his chest finally she would press it back against the ground, crunching one of the little rounds beneath her palm. She lifted her hand once more and stared at it then slapped her hand down again making more crunching sounds.
Cocking her head to let her hair slid away from her body again her eyes dropped to the food in his hand. She had no interest in eating it really but he kept trying, honestly his face had more appeal to it since blood was drying and flaking off of it by now. Slowly her head lowered and she licked at the salty treat experimentally. Lips smacking together and tongue sliding against teeth she tried to decide if the taste was worth a thing before pulling back.
Lavender orbs drifted away in disinterest and fell upon the box again. The girl crawled forward to slap the box against a wall with one hand. It slid easily enough, smacked off the wall like it was made of rubber and flew back at her. The girl slapped at it again and the actions repeated. It seemed the fact that he hadn't been able to answer her question escaped her or it didn't matter. He had already extended the hand of friendship by initially trying and that was enough for her.
