Andrew nodded. "Okay." He said. He crossed his arms. He wondered if it would annoy the boy if he asked him yes or no questions. He decided not to risk it.
Tsim merely watched October just hoping she would be okay he even grit his teeth a small bit just hoping though not a sound was heard he just thought of what might happen if she didn't.
A while later, the nurse poked her head out the curtain. "She won't make it, I'm sure, so don't get your hopes up," she said, an indifferent tone to her voice and the same expression on her face. "But I'll keep doing what I can. Doubt it will be enough, though." With that, the nurse started working on the treatment again, not really caring much at how the boys would react.
Tsim heard what she said but did not make a reaction...if she went then he would just dedicate himself to solitude so far anyone who got near him seemed to get hurt so be it, even if she did make it...it was to close and it was all of his fault...he could have just killed those people on the mountain and left...so fine...He began to walk out of the hospital room now a mad look in his eye...he was going after the humans
Woah...that's not good. Andrew thought. He hoped she'd be okay. He watched the boy leave the hospital, and he couldn't decide whether he should stay with October, or see if the boy would be okay, because he looked rather angry.
Suddenly, the line on the heart monitor went flat, and there was just one loud, long, endless beep. Her heart had stopped. The nurse quickly got the electric shockers and pressed them to October's chest ,trying to restart her heart. When it didn't work, she turned the voltage up slightly and repeated her last action.
"Come on...." the nurse said as if that would get her heart to start again.
Andrew knew what the beep meant. Her heart had stopped. Andrew paled. He bolted out of the hospital to go find the boy, and to tell Addie.
He found the boy. "Hey, October's heart stopped beating." He said. He didn't want to say "she's dead".
Tsim said nothing going in the direction of the mountain it was not worth waiting when he knew that her chances of living were far less then that of dying...so he would rather just find that dragon from before and have her beat him this time so he wouldn't kill himself, its not like him living helped anyone.
After a few more tries to start her heart, it finally started beating again. Slowly, but surely, it did. The nurse finished up the surgery, and exited the curtain. "I'm surprised... she made it. She's actually awake, too..." she said. She blinked, and raised an eyebrow when she didn't see the two males there anymore.
"Well... alright then..." she said, blinking again.
Andrew watched Tsim walk away. "So you're just going to leave while your friend dies?" He asked. "Wait. I need a pen. And paper." He ran back into the hospital and found paper and a pen, then he ran back out. "Okay, tell me where you're going." He said.
