Tsim moved forward deciding to help her he offered his hand to her so that he could support her while she walked since he was the same size as October it would be easier instead of someone having to crouch down toward them

October was glad when Tsim decided to help her. She took his hand and leaned on him, but as soon as she did so, her vision got blurry. She whimpered, looked away from him and coughed up even more blood, and after doing so, lost consciousness. This was far worse than a virus, that was for sure...
Andrew picked up October and laid her on one of the beds. He watched as the nurse took her pulse and did other medical things. "Well?" Andrew asked.
Tsim blinked and didn't really know what to do or say...he lost to many people to let another person die...he would probably just go into even more into a state of depression then he once was...who knows he might not even show himself in public anymore.
The nurse bit her lip. "Interesting..." she said. "Very interesting indeed.... I think she has Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis... she was having difficulty breathing before, after all. But I don't understand it.... there aren't any volcanoes around here, are there?" The nurse quickly hooked October up to the heart monitor and breathing monitor, since she had been having difficulty before. "Unless... has she been to the mountains recently?"
Andrew stared at the nurse as though she'd gone 'round the bend. "What?" She might as well have been speaking Portugal. He had NEVER heard of Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. Ever.
Tsim blinked...he couldn't even think of who would make such a word...he had no idea what it meant...but yeah...she had been at the mountains once before so he nodded...but he did fight a dragon so he supposed that might have caused it or something...
"Basically," the nurse said, turning to Andrew, "she inhaled some very bad things while in the mountains, and she was probably near ashes or a volcano or something. Well, looks like she needs surgery. I'll take care of this, don't worry; hopefully, she'll live. Now, let me have some room here..." With that, the nurse shooed the two males away, closed a curtain around the bed and started surgery.
Andrew stepped back. "So...um...what did you say your name was?" He asked Tsim, silently praying that October would be okay.
He pointed to his mouth and shook his head signifying he did not speak as he watched the operation the best he could just wondering if she would be okay...he would blame himself is she died...he was on the mountains with her and got her stuck at the top trying to get rid of those people...
