Warren shrugged. "Alrighty, then." He summoned his wings. "I'll be off now. Going for a fly to dry myself off. See you later, and make sure you stay out of trouble!" He took off and landed on Sunshine's back as she circled back around. She extended her neck and looked back. "Goodbye, Lizzy!"
Warren patted one of Sunshine's feathers. "So you can be amicable. I didn't know you had it in you."
"I suppose I can be friendly to those you are friendly to, even if they've done bad things to you."

Lizzy

Lizzy rolled her eyes as Warren warned her to stay out of trouble."Yeah, yeah.. Buh-bye." she said with a dismissive wave as Warren flew up to Sunshine. Since she didn't have any reason to really hang around since she'd done what she'd come to do, so she left as well.

OOC: Time skip: 1 day.

A day later, Lizzy was back in the courtyard. After how successful her prank on Warren had been, she was keen to see what else she could do with a possessed bird. So while it looked like she was just sitting on a bench, she was actually flying high above the courtyard, doing no shortage of random, and strange aerobatic maneuvers. Just to see what she could, and couldn't do.

Besides, it wasn't like there was anyone actually paying attention to the strange bird.

Sunshine was flying around the island. It was all she ever did when she wasn't with Warren, but she loved to do it, and without the need to take breaks, why should she ever stop? She had just finished speaking to a winged man who had flown up next to her, and since the man left, she was now flying aimlessly.

Before she knew it, Sunshine was approaching the academy. She thought about getting Warren's attention before remembering that he was in the middle of a class. Perhaps she could interact with some other students. That wasn't something she did often.

A small, flying creature caught Sunshine's attention. She stretched her neck to look closer. It looked like a bird, but she had never seen a bird perform such unnecessary movements. Making sure that no one was in her landing zone, she landed on one of the roofs overlooking the courtyard. Yup, it was definitely a bird. Sunshine stretched her neck over the edge of the roof to see if anyone else was witnessing this and saw a familiar girl sitting on a bench, completely still. It didn't take long for her to connect the dots.

"Um, excuse me," Sunshine said. "Lizzy? Are you controlling this bird?"

Lizzy

Lizzy was oblivious to everything around her as she flew around. Or she was, until she heard a very familiar voice call out to her from one of the roof-tops. Cringing a little, she looked around until she spotted Sunshine.

At first glance, she was a little taken aback. Up close, Sunshine was much, much larger than she'd originally believed. Still, it wasn't like she was intimidated or anything.

"And if I am?" the bird answered in a distinctly human voice. "Is it some sort of crime to possess animals now? Warren only said I couldn't possess humans." If Lizzy had actually been on the rooftop with Sunshine, she'd be smirking by this point.

Sunshine ruffled her feathers. It was strange hearing a human's voice come from an animal's body. She wondered if people thought the same when she spoke.

Talking to this girl without Warren almost felt like a test of patience—in fact, it felt like a test of patience with Warren—but Sunshine would certainly try.

"Well, I'm not sure if there's a crime specifically about possessing animals," she said, knowing that Lizzy was being facetious, "but I'm not very keen on innocent creatures being tampered with, especially birds. I'm a bird myself, albeit a metal one, so I feel sort of protective towards them." That last part wasn't true, but she hoped it would help to convince Lizzy to let the bird go.

"Also, if you're actually listening to Warren, you should listen to me, as well. I'm actually his adviser, you know. Please let the bird go."

Lizzy

Lizzy would have scoffed if she could. She hadn't listened to Warren then, and she definitely wasn't going to listen to Sunshine now. "Mmm. No. I don't think I will. And, I can do this allll day long." she answered back, having no intention of releasing the bird any time soon.

"Besides, being a bird definitely has more pros than cons. Something I'd think you can understand" Lizzy said, Sunshine might have been a giant metallic bird thing, but she was still a bird.

Sunshine was not one to get annoyed by people purposely trying to annoy her, but Lizzy was certainly an exception to the rule. Perhaps it was because she had already messed with Warren before. Fortunately, Sunshine's face didn't show emotion.
A thought came to her. She chuckled. "Are you the one who threw water at Warren yesterday? Before, I thought that you could only possess humans, but obviously I was wrong. You could've dropped a water balloon on him or something."
Sunshine wanted to check something else before taking action. "Tell me this, at least: is the bird experiencing any kind of discomfort?"

Lizzy

"Obviously." Lizzy said, when Sunshine mentioned that she was wrong in her assumptions about what Lizzy could, and could not do. And of course, there was the matter of Warrens so called "attack." "And maybe I was, but you'll never know." She said, knowing full well Sunshine and Warren would never be able to prove it was her. The perfect crime.

"Honestly? I don't think the bird is experiencing much of anything. At least, so I'm told." Apparently those she possessed couldn't feel anything. They could still see and hear everything going on, but they couldn't do anything to stop it. Or at least, that was what she'd been told by her friends.

Okay, now Sunshine was 99.9% sure that Lizzy was the one who did it. Even if she was trying to hide it, she didn't outright deny it. However, if Warren could let it go, so could Sunshine, so she did just that.
The fact that Lizzy provided a much more direct answer to Sunshine's second question made her think that the girl was telling the truth. It lined up with what Warren had said when Lizzy took control of him: he wasn't so much uncomfortable as he was confused. With that, Sunshine decided not to unleash her wrath upon the girl, but she still wasn't all too happy about Lizzy taking control of a bird.
"I see, I see," Sunshine said. "Hey, while I have you here, can I ask you a few questions? Don't answer that, I'm going to ask regardless. First question: how old are? I'm one hundred and seventy-four, if you were wondering."

Lizzy

Lizzy thought about flying away from Sunshine when she asked if she could answer a few questions. But Sunshine could probably catch her pretty easily if she tried that, and if Sunshine had known she was possessing the bird, that meant she'd more than likely seen her down below, So it didn't seem like she had much of a choice.

"Tch. I wasn't. And don't you know never to ask a lady her age?" She questioned back. Just because she had to answer Sunshines questions didn't mean she had to be nice about it. "Besides, why does it matter to you how old I am?"
