Exploring With A Sibling

Sasha smiled at her mother and brother and took the nurses hand and let her lead her to the xray room. She was a little scared because she had never had an xray before. But, she figured she'd be fine.

"Am I going to get a sticker after??" she asked the nurse, who seemed very kind and sweet.

"A-a-a Cast??" she stammered. She was worried, but she nodded slightly and waited for the nurse to have the cast put on her. She was nervous. She knew what a cast was, but she had never seen one on.. ever. She shut her eyes, scared.

"I dont ned crutches.. I can fly!" she said, 5 year old arrogance seeping through. Then, she looked at the crutches on the wall and smiled a toothy smile. She got up and hobbled over to the crutches and started to walk around, using them AND her wings to keep her balanced. She turned to the nurse.

"Okay.. Crutches sound okay I guess.. They look.. fun..." she continued.

"Stickers!!!" she said as she took the sticker sheet in her mouth and ran out to Cordelia and Suna. mShe stopped infront of Suna and tore the sticker sheet in half. She gave a half to Suna, then stuck the other half in her pocket.

"Lookie lookie! I got a cast and Crutches!!!! and STICKERS!!!!" she said happily.

Sasha smiled and began walking with her crutches. Without the help of her wings she toppled over quickly. She sat on the ground, eyes filling with tears. Then, out of nowhere, she cracked up. She didnt know why it was funny, but it just semed funny. She stood herself back up and walked over to Cordelia.

"Ya.. a ton better." she said, smiling stupididly.
