It was in the evening, and the Easter Event was mostly over for today, at least for those that had their fill of scouring the school for hidden eggs. Instead of collapsing on a couch and stuffing her face with chocolate, Konishi had grander ideas. What better why to end and celebrate the hunt with a feast? An Easter tea party.

Well, that wasn't too much effort to set up. When you had Félix and his big strong tendrils, they put together the length of three rectangular tables, and Konishi helped to gather the chairs around them. She rented out some tablecloth and went to the bakery to buy some pastries and hot cross buns. They couldn't just eat chocolate... Well, they could. But this was much nicer.

"I'll set up the rest and make you some tea. I've also got something for you. Here, put this on. I'll make sure nobody will come in." When Konishi said that, Félix would at least have comfort in knowing she was serious about making sure nobody would walk in on him changing.

She handed Félix a baby pink shopping bag with black ribbons. There was gold cursive writing and a motif of a girl and a carousel. In it was what looked like very fancy, Edwardian or Victorian style clothing. It was not monochrome, but she got him a rich red velvet waistcoast and pants to match with the red of his eyes, and a crisp white shirt.

Once he emerged from whatever corner or curtain he hid behind to get dressed, Konishi already set up the pastries. The hot cross buns were in the middle of the table, and there were scones with cream and jam for those that were not a fan of the festive bun. There were apple and pear pastries, pain au chocolat and croissants, both plain and decorated with almonds. Milk and sugar sat neatly on the tray, and there were three pots of tea. There was the sweet smell of bittersweet cacao in the air, and Easter eggs were arranged all over the table for the taking.

"Have the tea. It's nice." She poured him a cup. It was black assam tea with cacao nibs and dwarf everlast blossoms, that gave the room a gently sweet aroma.

By the end of it all, Félix certainly wanted to collapse on a couch. Or maybe even a bed. He would skip eating the chocolate as well, as long as it meant having a chance to get off of his feet. Sadly, Konishi had other plans. She always did, and Félix was always unfortunate enough to accept. He didn't think he had a choice anyway.

When she first handed him that bag of clothes, Félix was terrified to look inside. To his relief, the clothes inside was not some Easter bunny costume or something equally demeaning. The red suit was a little extravagant, but it was exactly what she was going for to match herself.

Félix didn't waste time in changing. He found a small storage room to hide inside while he changed into Konishi's picked out attire. It fit rather well... although the butt felt a little tight. He supposed a bit of walking around would loosen it out, hopefully.

When he came out, he was surprised to find a wide variety of desserts in wait. He didn't know Konishi could bake. In fact, he was a little certain she couldn't. He didn't want to know where she got these, then. “These look delicious,” Félix admitted.

He sat down at the table and let Konishi pour him a cup of tea. Once he told himself it wasn't poison, he took a sip. What was it with Easter that made her so... festive?

"And you look dashing," Konishi said, upon seeing how well the outfit she picked out suited him. It really accented the curvature of his behind. She smiled when he sat next to her. It was obvious that she didn't bake all of it last night or in the morning. If she did, she would have sent him grumpier text messages.

"They're from the Sweetheart's Café. They were having a Grand Opening promotion. We should go there sometime." Konishi poured a cup of tea for herself and added a touch of milk to stain the dark amber, hot liquid. She took a scone and used a knife to spread the jam over it, and then a thicker layer of cream.

It was quiet. Konishi sipped her tea and looked around the grand expanse of the ballroom.

"People will come, won't they?"

“Thank you,” Félix managed a smile. He still couldn't help but feel the tightness around his backside, but he made mo mention of it. If it would please Konishi, then that was one less reason to worry about her wanting to punish him.

He had never heard of Sweetheart's Café. There was no irony lost to Félix in how Konishi recommended it. He figured she wouldn't stand to recommend a place with a name like that, but on the other hand she was in full celebration of Easter. Félix supposed it was just all for appearances, even for him.

“I would like to,” Félix smiled, taking another sip of his tea.

No one had showed up just yet. As far as Félix knew, he wasn't aware anyone would show up. Did she advertise for this event? What would she do if no one came? Get upset, of course. And what would happen if she got upset?

“I certainly hope they come,” Félix nearly sighed.

Off to the next room. She wasn't one to just run room to room, to find things, but this was special. Kiyana smiled widely as she entered a new room for her. It was big and roomy all at the same time, making it feel as if the room wanted her there. She sighed and nodded her head before observing the room. Where would they put them?

It was the first time that she was ever in this room, and she already liked it. As she looked around, she noticed two other people in the room. Why was it that wherever she went, there was always people? "Uh hey!" Kiyana shouted a bit at the two people. "May I search in here?"

"That's rather rude of you. There's a tea party set up and you won't even join us?" Konishi said, feigning displeasure. She put the teacup back on the saucer and gazed at Kiyana. She smiled warmly, but her eyes still held a sense of coldness.

"There's plenty of eggs for the taking if you want it. And pastries, too. Have some tea, won't you?"

She poured Kiyana a cup.
