Eris and Dysnomia (Kaya)

"But it was raining Friday! That's a perfect excuse to stay indoors. Sorting off white paper would be a little boring, depending on what else is on the paper." With a secretive smile she left that up in the air herself. Kaya could feel her blush lessen as they went on as her nature started to kick in. When it came to the yoga though she leaned forward on the table with her elbows, and with the cut of her shirt he would get a grand eyeful.

"I know multiple positions that without proper...warm up, could dislocate a hip joint." She noticed that he was looking at her lips as she talked and was moving forward possibly to kiss her. She gave a brief smile before leaning in herself.

Right then she felt a presence coming closer. It was one she knew very well. Henry said hi to her before she could react and now her pulling back and sitting up straight looked a little...a lot guilty. "Henry! You're here! Coming in to grab a bite?"

Kaya was scrambling to find a way to make what she had almost done seem innocent but there was nothing she really could do...did he interrupt something? Yes he did but she was shutting her trap about it. "What interrupting something? No, not at all...why don't you join us...oh and before I forget, Loch this is Henry, I train him a couple of days a week so he know how to build strength and endurance without bulking up. Henry this is Lochlann. He asked me out after class..." It had slipped out before she could catch herself...now Henry would know...what would he think of her...if she could sweat like a human then she would be sweating rivers right at that point.

Kaya watched Henry's expression with a sinking heart she felt more then saw the change happen as he was gone from her sight but she could smell his scent after multiple training sessions and she felt the general direction of his presence which help for her too try to catch him. Knowing she was short on time she stood up rapidly knocking her chair back and she said a quick "I've got to go sorry." To Loch as she ran after her....what was Henry to her? That was something she was going to have to discover once she caught up to him.

What she did not notice was her tail knocked over the glass of water she had been given and it landed squarely on Lochlann's lap. Kaya was already out the door and trying to follow an invisible friend. "Henry wait please!" She called as she reached an alley and sensed he had moved into back streets. He was still running and she felt her heart stop a second as she didn't want to loose him. Beginning to run full sprint down the long street she found her hooves gathering great traction on the slightly damp street paths.

Kaya called out again this time pleading entered her voice. There was a sharp turn coming up but Kaya did not slow and when she reached it she used her strong legs to push herself of the wall into the direction she wanted to go. He was losing distance between them as her powerful legs brought her closer to him with each long stride.

After a few more minutes of a chase she finally got the strength to push herself ahead and got in front of him. As she did so he went right into her as she braced herself, the impact wasn't all that bad and they both seemed to recover from it well, but Kaya used the information from it to discern where his wrist was and she was able to grab it and stop him.

"Henry please, stop. Can we talk about this please?" She could feel every fiber in her being want to apologize to him and make up for it somehow. "Please... let me at least try to explain everything. I want to at least know that you understand everything before thinking I'm some sort of...of...bitch!" She honestly couldn't think of a better term for what she was thinking when she accepted Loch's offer.

She could feel his hands trying to tear off her hand from his wrist. It took some serious concentration to keep her grip on his arm, her strength training with him seemed to be working more then she expected. "I don't want to let you go Henry! I'm a bitch ok! I went on a date with another guy and I didn't really think about it!"

With her straining her arms and planting her hooves she was able to start attempting to pull him closer "I'm sorry, I truly am. I would say that it was my other nature but we both know that would just be an excuse." She was able to plant her other hand higher up on Henry's arm. "It just feels good to be wanted Henry! You were the first one to do that for me, it feels good for people to pay attention to me."

She eased up hoping that maybe he would stop pulling so hard, "I want you to like me Henry and I didn't think you would react like this." Using her tail she wrapped it around his waist to help her pull...well she thought it was his waist...she wanted to embrace him and tell him she was sorry again. "You...you havn't asked me to be faithful to only you...I've waited and...I wanted to hear you say those words..." Deciding not to fight him anymore she let go of him entirely. but she let a single hand raise up hopeing that she could feel him and maybe see him.

"I want to hear you say that you want me...that you need me..that....you...maybe...love me?" She didn't know how else to put it as she felt a sinking feeling in her chest as her hand remained cold and empty for a moment that begun to grow long....

Every word seemed to punch her in the gut and tear her limbs apart as Henry spoke. His word ringing true in her mind while her heart wanted to proclaim it wasn't true. She couldn't speak, she didn't dare open her mouth for did not know what she would say. But as abruptly as he appeared, he was walking away and she didn't know if she should chase after him.

Feeling her cheeks become moist with tears she bolted off in the other direction away from Henry. Why did she have to like him so much, why did she want HIS approval? She didn't know how to explain this to her self as she ran back out into the street not caring about the people she bumped into.

She didn't know where she was headed but maybe far enough away from her guilt that she wouldn't hurt anymore.
