Like this., he said, his heart starting to pick up the beat, as he stepped forward, and over the edge. This time, he didn't fall as his wings were already opened, so there was no trill, no rush, just the feling of emptiness and waste open air. He turned towards William, a smile on his face, as he suddenly got talkative.

Just give me your hand., he thought, extending one of his own. Stay close, and hold tight and everything would be okay. Trust me., he said nothing but honesty in his words, the pure wish to get the mouse like boy off his feet and into something more overwhelming him to the point of exploding. There is no way for you to fall. Really. Trust me.

<div align=center>William froze up, all of a sudden it seemed like he really didn't have very much choice, and poor William would rather it not like that. His face went pale and his eyes wide, he really didn't believe the fact that there wasn't a way for him to fall, and he didn't completely trust the man, how did he know he wasn't being lied to? Then again William supposed he would be able to sense it if that were the case, he frowned, even if he did resist, Bill really wasn't very strong, he had no hope of overpowering Micheal. He let out a short sigh, perhaps he should trust someone for once in a while.

After all, what could go wrong? Well, a lot of things, Bill thought. Though he felt like Micheal wouldn't let those things happen to him, not intentionally at least, and it was that part that frightened him. Accidents were, unfortunately, very common in William's life. He bit his lower lip, "okay." He mumbled, quietly, wishing a little that he had a backbone. But of course, he didn't, and despite himself, William was extremely easily manipulated, whatever the situation may be, whether he was scared or not. But then again, he was often scared.</div>

Don't worry. Michael thought, stepping closer, but his feeth never touching anything but air. I can see your scared. He put his hands on William's shoulders, holding them tightly and bringig the mouse-like boy's body closer. Don't be. was all he said, beforehe jumped, without warning, lifting them both in the air.

It was indeed harder, flying like this then byhimself, but it couldn't even compare to the time he almost got caught in a storm a few months ago. His wings were also stronger now, wider and tougher, so all the had to do was spread them to their full lenght in order to be able to withstand their combined weight.

At first, they were just standing in the air, a few meters above the stone of the roof, but after giving William a few moments to get used tot he idea of flying, he carefuly moved a few feathers, and started nearing the edge. Once he got over it, he looked down at the boy in his arms, his hands no longer on William's shoulders, but hugging him at his waste, pulling him closer, and urging him to at least holdo onto him somehow, it not by putting his arms around his neck.

Isn't it beautiful?, he asked, looking at the Moon, as the pale light coloured the darkened sky, reavealing the clouds otherwise invisiable to the naked eye. Didn't I tell you you wouldn't even notice the hight?, he added, smirking through his thoughts. The darkness beneath them indeed was impenetrable, and hardly anything could be seen, let alone how far it was to the ground. So, what do you think?

<div align=center>William honestly looked like he was about to throw up, the first flower of spring was beautiful, the first time you fall in love was beautiful, the fluttery feeling you get before your first kiss was beautiful. This however, was something William deemed quite the opposite. Biting his teeth together was all he could do not to scream, and he clung to Micheal so tightly he could have choked him. He had shut his eyes tight and his breathing was incredibly limited, "I don't know if I'd use those exact words." He squeaked, clinging a little tighter and not daring to open his eyes. Bill had a horrible feeling in his stomach, he was struggling to calm himself down again.

The moon however, William liked the moon, there was a cold beauty to it that remind him of a crisp winters morning. He smiled a little, before realizing how high he was, and hiding his face again, letting out a short squeal. "Please don't drop me!" He tensed up suddenly, letting out a pent up breath he didn't realize he'd been holding. It was cooler up here than down there, and it made Bill shiver.</div>

You would if you would just relax. Michael thought softly, almost like a wisper, before he tiltet his head backwards, despite William's grip over his neck, basking his head in moonlight, his pale face looking almost ghost like sorounded by all that darkness.

And stop worrying about that. he warned, sighing. I would never drop anything, let alone another human being. he shook his head, his dark hair flying everywhere. Just relax already, little mouse. You may find the world is a just a bit safer than you thought.

<div align=center>William scowled a little at being called a 'mouse,' he didn't particularly like that. But he didn't say anything, simply because of the situation he was in. He shivered again, "brr." It was cold, and it made William wonder when it was going to snow, not soon, he thought, maybe in December. Bill liked the snow, though he did tend to complain about the cold an awful lot, he liked warmth. The most dangerous thing that could happen here would be for William to fall asleep and lose his grip, he was trying desperately to stop that from happening, but it was awfully late by his standards and he should have been curled up in his bed.

The thoughts of a hot water bottle and an electric blanket made him purr softly, and relax a little. Though, he didn't actually have an electric blanket, wish I did. He shifted a little, feeling uncomfortable. His vision flickered upwards rather than downwards, he was trying to forget where he was it seemed, or at least how high he was. He'd tell Gabriel about this later and make it sound like he was brave, he'd decided.

One thing he did like was the sensation of it, it was strange, and all together very new to him, and obviously, he'd never done this before. How could he have done?</div>

Michael felt the light body in his hands shiver, realising a bit too late that at this hight, William would be even colder than what passed as the ground on the tower. Sighing in his mind, unhappy because he hadn't gotten the result he had wanted-which would be William realaxing and realising how beautiful the night was-he folded his wings a bit in order to get them closer to the tower once more. Thinking how he should just drop the boy there, and then continue with his flight like he had planed, he suddenly decided to give his idea one more chance.

Where is your room?, he asked, stoping in mid flight. I'll fly you there.

<div align=center>William honestly had to think about the question for a moment, he wasn't all that good at remembering where things were, but he thought he could remember this one. "Just.. Just where the dorms are." He answered, nodding a little, "it's got a big window." Though that probably wasn't very helpful, a few of them had what William called 'a big window,' though he thought he'd know it when he saw it, he knew what the drapes looked like. He yawned again, moving a hand briefly to stifle it, still holding onto Micheal with the other arm. "I'd like that.. I.. Uh, if you don't mind.." He stammered, smiling a little.

He was glad he hadn't fallen asleep, he might have been close to it, but he wasn't there just yet. The night air made him feel drowsy, he came off as a little more relaxed now, but he would have still quite liked to get down, it had been nice of Micheal to show him this though, he thought. He supposed it was exciting, and there was a strange kind of beauty to it, though a frightening one at that. It sort of made Bill wish he'd been born with wings, but he still couldn't help thinking how much they'd get in the way.</div>

You'll have to move on my back. he said, slowly putting William down until his feet could reach the roof of the tower. Dark it might be, I stil need to see where I will be going. Once he was sure William won't fall down when out of his grasp, he pressed his feet against the vertical wall of the tower, pushing himself back into the air, before doing a flip-he had never done that before, and it was FUN- all in order to get his back turned towards William. He spread his wings further, his feathers fluttering from excitement. Be carefull of the feathers. he warned as he urged the boy to climb. And make sure to hold tight.

<div align=center>William marveled for a moment at Micheal's movement, staring inquisitively with dark eyes. He nodded at the man's instructions, pausing for a second, before cautiously scrambling up onto his back. It took him a little while, Bill wasn't very strong, and he wore himself out quickly. He took a minute or two to catch his breath, before clinging tightly, and nodding a little. "Okay." He mumbled, biting back a yawn that was tying to escape. He made sure he wasn't obstructing any parts of Micheal's wings and repeated himself, "I think I'm ready." The prospect made him nervous, he was more likely to fall without someone else holding onto him.

The stars were bright this evening, he thought, his father used to tell him about the constellations, and he still knew a few. Pleiades, he told himself, gaze shifting to a cluster of stars upon his right, and Ursa Major, there's the big dipper. He stared for a moment more, seemingly lost in his thoughts for a little while, he shook his head and snapped out of it, Bill liked looking at the sky, he realized, the frosty haze that came with the coming of winter gave everything a sharp, crisp appearance. He liked it.</div>
