Doggy Dino Damsel[Nael]

Aura was walking around to familiarize herself with the island. She was glad, too, that she did, because she just discovered that ice cream parlor near the academy, and it served not only ice cream and yogurts but all kinds of frozen treats! A cold coffee jelly drink included. She had a large cup with a sealed top in her hand. A large straw stuck into it.

She was enjoying the sweet, bitter, creamy and refreshing drink when she sensed something coming for her from the trees. She stopped walking to take a good look at the source of the presence. Even though she was steady, and she wasn't in any defensive or offensive stance, if it had been something dangerous, she would've had no trouble taking it out.

But it wasn't danger. It was a cute puppy that came to greet her. Aura's face lit up and her body loosened up, and she crouched down to pet him. "Well hello there, you cute thing!" She didn't notice the man with the puppy until a few more seconds later. But once she did, she quickly backed up and moved her hand away, as if she was embarrassed for being caught petting the puppy. She wasn't exactly a lover of pets and animals so she couldn't help feeling that way.

Moreover, the man was someone familiar. They've crossed paths randomly on her second day in the island. Fortunately, Aura was good with names. She smiled at him a little sheepishly and made a little wave with her free hand as a greeting. "Alo. Good to see you again. I was just walking around, actually. Is this puppy yours?"

Turquoise eyes followed the puppy into the lake once more, until he disappeared. And then Aura turned her attention back to Aloysius. "I'd love to join you. Can't say I can act so well around your pup at all times though. He isn't too hyper, is he?"

She took one step deeper into the trees, but she was immediately halted. By the memory of her first meeting with Aloysius. She shivered and even visibly cringed at it, but she immediately attempted to get rid of the strain on her face before smiling at Aloysius again. "Uh... yeah. I'm doing okay. Been touring myself around since..." Since she now had a bad impression about most people here and she wasn't prepared to be making random friends she can roam around the island with, and actually preferred being alone. "...since I don't think I can get along with anyone else. Haha."

Alo was of course not included there. When they met, he was the only person around she could consider sane. While she wasn't entirely sure, she believed first impressions were always important. "How about you? Well, aside from having fun with your pup I guess."

Aura chuckled when Aloysius mentioned texting. Honestly, even if she had his number, there was a possibility it still won't come to her to contact him. Although it was also convenient to have his number. "I appreciate that, Alo. How about exchanging numbers now?" she said, digging for her phone in her pocket before slightly waving it in the air.

"Don't worry about it. I know there are nice people out there." She smirked. "There's one right in front of me now. But I can't stop myself from being cautious with strangers now, knowing there are weird people around."

Her eyes followed the puppy for a few moments until he settled down beside Aloysius. She wanted to pet him again, but at the same time, she thought she should probably do that later. "I don't understand what 'the same' means, you know," she added, chuckling softly. "Also, wanna walk around?"
