Adelina smirked inwardly. She still kissed him, planning on pulling away only when he did. She just figured that the longer the kiss lasted, the more freaked out his mother would become.

October giggled as well. "Yeah, they do that all the time. Just ignore it," she said, but hoped that the woman wouldn't. "And, Dani, Mrs. Jenson? Should we go get all the sweets yet?" she asked, obviously excited about this.

Andrew didn't stop the kiss. He wondered if they could break the record for world's longest kiss...Haha. Wouldn't his mother love that?

Rachel stared at Dani and October. "Really?" She glanced back at Andrew and Addie. "I uh...think I should get my bag first..." She nearly ran to her car.

When he didn't stop it, Adelina had to fight herself not to start giggling. His mother was going to be so angry at them for this, she was sure. She didn't bother stopping it either, wondering how long it would take before Rachel either had a breakdown or had to pull them a part herself. She wondered if his mother would even actually do either of that... maybe she would just run away, or faint.

And it seemed to her that she ran away, since she had gone to her car.

October was trying her hardest not to laugh either. Once Rachel was out of earshot, the girl elbowed Dani gently in her ribs to get her attention. "What do you think your mom is gonna do because of our siblings?" she asked quietly, still trying to suppress her laughter.

Dani shrugged. "I have NO idea...But it's awfully funny."

Rachel pulled her suitcase out of the trunk of the car. She walked back to where everyone was standing. "Ahem. Andrew, could you carry this to the school for me?"

Andrew didn't respond for a minute, then he pulled away. "Sure thing, Mom."

"Agreed," October said. She started coughing from not laughing, and because of her cold. She stopped after a few minutes, and looked at the other three.

Adelina frowned when he pulled away. Well, there went the record for the world's longest kiss. Oh, well. She folded her arms over her chest, looking at Mrs. Jenson. "Do you want me to help with anything?" she asked, feeling as if she was going to be sick any moment. She didn't want to be nice to someone as cruel as Rachel, but it seemed she might have to be.

"Thanks plenty, dear." Rachel said sweetly to Andrew. In reply, Andrew just smiled politely, but when he turned around, he made a gagging face. Rachel scowled at Addie. "No thank you, Lanie." She put an emphasis on the wrong name. She shut her trunk door.
Andrew took Addie's hand. "Sorry she's being such a pain." He whispered.
Behind him, Dani said happily, "Time for sugar-foraging!"

Adelina rolled her eyes. "Fine, be like that. At least I'm TRYING to be nice... you're so immature!" she said, loudly enough for Rachel to hear. She didn't care what the woman thought when she said that. She gladly took Andrew's hand and squeezed it. "It's ok... but this had better work..." she whispered, talking about their plan to get her to leave.

October smiled. "Yay, sugar!! Come on Mrs. Jenson, come on Dani!!" With that, the girl skipped off toward the entrance to the school.

Andrew nodded his agreement. "If it doesn't, we'll just elope." He was mostly serious.
"I'm not the one calling names." Rachel retorted gleefully. Dani rolled her eyes. "Mom, stay focused. Sugar!" She pulled her mom after her and followed October.

Adelina blinked when he mentioned eloping. She could tell he was being serious, but she still wasn't quite sure if he really was. "Andrew... are you serious?" she asked him quietly. She hadn't heard what Rachel had said, but if she had, she would have figured it more immature that the woman actually responded to that.

October laughed, and entered the school, leaving the door open for Dani and Rachel. She continued skipping toward the cafeteria, hoping to get there before the other two could for no real reason at all.

Why did I have to say anything? Andrew scolded himself. "I don't know..." He replied, just as quietly.

Dani pulled her mom into the school. "Sugar, here we come!" She faked an evil laugh.
