"Addie and Andrew are getting married!"
October froze, immediately becoming silent, her eye's now as wide as Dani's were, if not wider, and no longer twitching. Her sister... and Andrew.... married?! And she and Dani weren't invited?! Well, if they weren't invited, then the least the thirteen-year-old was going to do was help Adelina prepare. She gave Dani everything she had, and looked between her and her mother. "I... I um... I just realized I have to make sure I have a homework assignment done! Eh heh eh heh... I'll, uh... I'll be right back!!" she said, and ran out of the cafeteria.
The sisters met up at their dorm room, and flew inside. "Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue, right?" Adelina asked, panicking somewhat, wondering if they could pull this off. She reached up into the top of the closet and took out her mothers wedding dress, putting it gently into a shopping bag. She could change when they got to the church. It was odd to be running around the school in a wedding dress, after all.
"Yeah!" October said, quickly searching through her belongings. She took out a pair of light blue shoes, and looked at Adelina, throwing them at her. "They're borrowed, blue, and new," the girl said. "That's all you need. Now hurry up! Go! Dani and I will keep the beast busy!"
Adelina ran and hugged her sister, glad that she hadn't gotten a lecture about this. She had everything she needed in the shopping bag, and as soon as the girls finished hugging, the seventeen-year-old ran out of the room, running toward the exit of the school. As soon as her sister was gone, October cleaned up the room a little bit, then ran back to the cafeteria.
"Back!" she said brightly to Dani and Rachel.
Adelina saw Andrew, and let out a sigh of relief, no longer running. She smiled widely, not really believing that she was about to be married. "Come on," she said. "We have to get there early, since I have to change. I mean, I couldn't exactly run through the halls in a wedding dress and all." She laughed lightly. This was so sudden, but it didn't matter to her; she would be happy with marrying him, seeing as how she loved him more than anything.
