Dinner and a Movie

They'd shared many of their firsts, first time sharing a mind palace, first time being with someone and now first dates. "Thanks for coming," he said as they left the movie, walking in the direction of a restaurant, "I'm already having fun."

He held her hand, lacing his fingers with hers as they walked, he'd never dated before, but he knew he liked her. "The restaurant I found has food from all over the world, I think we'll like it," as a vampire he didn't need food, but he still enjoyed eating sometimes @Sissel

Smiling, he released her hand and wrapped his arm around her waist, kissing her cheek as he did, "so, mind if I ask where your from?" They were dating, so he thought them getting to know each other was a good idea, "I'm from Whales," he chuckled, "though, I suppose you can tell that by my accent." He often wondered what others thought about his accent, if they liked it or not.

Talking about his past wouldn't be easy, so he'd avoid the sensitive topics for now, "grew up on a farm out in the countryside, never really lived in a city before I came here." His eyes slightly glowed in the night as they walked, showed that his night vision was on, one of the benefits of being a vampire.

So far the date was going well, he liked being around her, being with her. Dating was one of the many things he'd missed out on during his imprisonment, now he was finally able to enjoy it.
