Maura and him soon came to the place where she had met Corona. She knew very well that Corona could come looking for her. But somehow she doubted it, she sighed. She looked at the sky, she noticed the slight change in the tempature it meant most likely there'd be a thunderstorm or rain. Maura was used to rain, she looked to Berserker motioning to a nearby tree. She didn't mind thunderstorms or rain.

Berserker placed her beneath the tree sitting beside her. They watched a crow pick at a rabbit's corpse.

Corona realized he wasn't alone in the area. He didn't see anyone right away, but decided to jump down from the dead tree and look around. He moved towards where he thought some noise and hid behind a large boulder when he got into view. He noticed it was Maura and Berserker and was quite relieved. He stepped out from the boulder but ended up tripping and made quite a bit of noise.

Maura sighed, "Hi Corona." She said sensing it was him, she wondered why the guy was so klutzy if he was a angel. She knew he was in human but it just seemed so odd. Maura looked back at the rabbit's corpse, she watched the crow heartlessly pick at it's flesh. She wondered why people let animals be heartless and yet human's themselves couldn't be physically heartless to someone. They could only inflict mental pain without being in trouble.

She hated the way society looked at things, she threw a rotten apple at the crow. The crow got hit and fell beside the rabbit, she sighed looking back to Corona. "Well looks like you kept your 'promise' I didn't kill anyone till I saw you. So we're set." She said with a mumble.

He looked up without standing. "I sense some sort of envy concerning the bird. Do you wish to kill others? That bird didn't kill the rabbit. It is merely eating its dead corpse. Animals don't follow the same laws humans do. Humans killing each other serves no purpose. Understand? They aren't cannibals."

He finally stood up and walked towards Maura. "I'm glad you kept the promise. I would be very disappointed if you broke it. Then again, I suppose I have no way of telling if you're telling the truth or not. I'll just take your word for it."

"Really? Why does the bird have the right to eat the rabbit? It has none, why don't we humans just kill eachother and eat eachother if it's fine for them to do it." She said annoyed.

Berserker knew what kind of mood she was in. She was in the mood where she wanted to kill someone so she wouldn't be in pain. She needed to feel better, she wasn't able to cry so how could she express the pain. She didn't care if he had this happy or painful life, she knew no one was there when she needed them. No one but Berserker.

"I'm glad you kept the promise. I would be very disappointed if you broke it. Then again, I suppose I have no way of telling if you're telling the truth or not. I'll just take your word for it."

"Yeah, you just have to. I don't know why you came, whether it's for the stupid society that's garbage or if you came just to ease your mind. You can leave, this is stupid to act as though you give a care about anyone is dumb. Because in the end the truth comes out." She said getting up annoyed. She began to walk away, she wanted to release her anger.

"That type of bird is a scavenger. That rabbit's body would simply rot and smell. Instead, it is now the meal for another type of creature so it can live. Well, until you killed the bird." He walked over closer to her and Berserker. He nodded at Berserker in greeting, showing no signs of fear or concern for his own safety.

"If I didn't care, why would I search for you? You should take more time to think through things, your logic makes little sense. In fact, it is always skewed into something depressing. That isn't good for you, you know." He looked at Berserker. "I'm disappointed in you. You see yourself as a father, correct? What sort of father does everything his daughter says? Do you not wish what is best for her?"

"Well maybe I'm a scavenger." She said bitterly, she looked at Berserker. "Comeon Berserker, we don't need pretty boys." She said walking away, she winced and cussed under her breath. She stopped walking, she stood there waiting for Corona to walk away and leave.

Maura growled, "Shush, I didn't ask you to come. I didn't want your help. Berserker is my friend, your not! You don't know anything about me! JUST LEAVE!" She said angrily, fighting the pain inside. If people got to know her they'd realize she was a very emo girl. She didn't want to change, she wanted to remain in her false happiness. No one could erase her past, her hurt, the pain she felt. She took it out on people sure, but at least she wasn't hurting innocents. She wasn't in the mood to be yelled at, or cursed at or be told she was stupid. She was in the mood to cry.

Corona wondered just how the relationship between Maura and Berserker was. He acted like he cared about her, yet he did everything she asked. Clearly, he was a summoned minion. But they 'acted' like he was a friend. He wasn't sure if bringing this up would help the situation or not, but he decided to be safe rather than sorry.

"Maura.. why is it you push people that want to help you away?" He didn't leave at all like she had expected/hoped.

"Maura.. why is it you push people that want to help you away?"

"Maybe, because I know humans are worthless untrustworthy creatures who thrive on hurting another." She said bitterly. She hated how persistant Corona was, she wanted to get rid of his presence. She hated humans, she hated being one too. She had before been sucidal, but Berserker was her protection. Berserker protected her from herself as well as others.

He was all she had, he wasn't able to make decisions she didn't approve of seeing when you summon a creature a bit of your personality enters what you summon. Only if they have a strong will would their will over power your's.

"But I'm not human. I was personally and purposefully created by He who rules over this world. In the grand scheme of things, one could consider talking to me the same as talking to God. As I am one of his personal servants, messengers, and protectors. Berserker is not of this plane, he is bound to your will and is nothing more than a minion. If he were truly your friend, then you would give him free will, yet you do not. You are clearly a child that does not understand the world nor how it works."

What he said was not necessarily meant to help her. He was more interested in her reaction, though doubted it would be much more than a frustrated insult. He also wondered if Berserker would have any input on his remark, though expected nothing better than Maura's reaction. No matter how he felt, he would probably take Maura's side.
