Shirigana bent down to scratch Fluffy's ears, glad that there was now one less obscure rodent in his house. "Good Fluffy!" He said, happily praising Fluffy for their hunting skill. He left the room to enter the kitchen, returning with a short stool. He placed it by the bed so that Fluffy could get in easier. "There ya go!" He was quite enjoying his little friend.

Fluffy quickly jumped onto the stool, then up to the bed. She could have easily made it the whole way up without the help, but decided she would start using it because her friend was being so nice. "Litter box?" She asked, hoping he wouldn't have her go outside to go. She had never had her own litter box. Of course, she could easily change back into a human and just use the restroom before changing back, but still waited for an answer.

Shirigana blinked, realizing that he did not have all of the neccesary supplies. "Yes, of course. I'll have to get one today, along with some cat food. Not the cheap kind, either... Do you mind staying home while I go to the store?" He asked. He thought of all of the things he wanted to buy for his new friend,

Fluffy thought a moment before nodding. Yes, she did mind. She wanted to see what it was like gong to a store as an animal. She'd only had the chance to do it as a human, because back home that had a "No Pets Inside" rule. It didn't matter that she wasn't someone's pet, they still wouldn't let her in. So now she wanted to go and see if the stores around here had the same rules. If so, she would either just wait outside or change into a human and go inside.

Shirigana lifted Fluffy off of the bed. He had never brought a pet into the store before, but he saw older women bring in chihuahuas all the time. Every few weeks he'd see a golden retriever. "Then I guess you'll have to go with me." He left his apartment, locked the door with his free hand, and stepped into the elevator before pressing the 'one' button.

Fluffy felt like walking, so she just jumped out of his arms, this time not using her claws to free herself. Standing on her back paws and putting her front ones on each of the doors, she stuck her nose near the crack between the two doors and waited for them to open.

Shirigana chuckled, charmed by how adorable Fluffy was. The doors slid open, and Shirigana stepped out. He walked to the front door and opened it for Fluffy before heading out himself and turning left.

Having seen something of interest, Fluffy had turned right. But glancing first to her left, then to her right, she found Shirigana had not followed. She spun around and saw him walking the oposite direction. The cat quickly ran toward him, weaving in between people's legs and around them until she caught up to his side.

The store was not far. Shirigana stepped up to the entrance and pulled it open for his companion before heading in himself. He grabbed a shopping cart and wheeled it to a nearby aisle. "First thing's first. We need ta getcha some proper food and a litterbox."

Fluffy went to the first bag of cat food she could find. It said it tasted like fish, and so if it tasted anything like the fish Shirigana had gotten her earlier, she would love it. "This one."
