Hi! So I'm revamping the very first character I made on here, Basil, a tentacle monster abomination who likes flashy ridiculous villain antics. Part of shaping him into a proper supervillain is giving him a neato cult! I'm mainly looking for new additions to the cult rather than old (though we can talk it over if you do have extra interest in that), since the cult just recently (late last year) was hijacked and rather reordered after-- well, Basil ate their previous 'god', an eel like Eldritch being they'd just summoned (and was about to eat them anyway) in the forbidden forest, and took its place. The cult is now nicknamed the Velius Order.
Being a cult member would include weird rituals, blood sacrifice, worship of Basil, and various shenanigans from being a supervillain lackey. You're free to make pretty much any kind of member. Someone actually intelligent who's invested in the Eldritch, a total wacko, or innocent brainwashed sheep types. It's all going to be open and messy and chaotic, and hopefully pretty fun and amusing. You can be dark as hell with this, or on the goofy side, I don't have a preference and will be mixing those aspects into my own writing of this stuff.
I'll probably put up a business thread for this eventually, once I get it all more settled and figured out. Right now it's more relaxed. Unlimited joining slots.
