Hey everyone, so with all the changes recently I've decided to make a general plotter for crime and law on the forum as a way to keep criminal organizations and the law having open ooc communication.
First and foremost, we have a discord server with channels for each business. Anyone is free to join and get to plotting and networking.
A few of us have discussed not only law enforcement but also neutral ground buffers for crime going on. We wanted to make a more dynamic underground where more people could participate and not one gang/business/person had a monopoly.
Without further ado, I present what we have so far.
Law: This is any group that keeps order on Manta Carlos.
Crime: This is any group involved in shady doings.
Buffers: This group is generally neutral territory. They're neither completely with the law or crime and they keep one group from gaining too much power. They do not create alliances with any one person.

Tag: Link to your tag for the group!
Location: The location where your business is/where you consider your "territory" for your gang. Feel free to link an HQ here as well!
In keeping with making a more dynamic Underground and law, we'd ask that people be open to the idea of consequences for the actions their criminals make. After all, we don't want the police being useless on the island, do we? We'll be making heavy use of the crime tracker.

Whispering Devils
The Whispering Devils deals in anything they can, dealing with Legal money isn't an option for them as they'll deal in mostly anything they can get their hands on, drugs, spells, guns. They will take some orders for very high prices including black mail.

Location: They are mainly located in the Red Light District (Downtown) and asking around will most likely get you found out.

Just your friendly neighborhood arms dealer. Aside from selling to various parties, the proprietor, Donny also accepts custom orders. Even restructuring weapons into new shapes while maintaining their original magical properties. He maintains a strict don't ask don't tell policy when it comes to clients.
