Gang Info
Diane Valentine is pretty new to this whole island, and the place in general but her thought it that it's no different than the real world, just with extra tad bits added in to the mix.
The gang mostly will deal with anything illicit, staying away from most legal means of money like the plaque, their main operations centre is in the red light district, planning to expand into the rest of the dirty money business located around the area, whether that means using a few tools to do it. The most accessible way to contact the gang is from them contacting you, if you seem to attract their attention they send out red tags invites with the clubs symbol, a devil whispering music notes into someones ear, on the back is instructions for a meet. These are also used to contact people they black mail or use for cover to assist them into expanding, or just plain messing around with people.
The gangs main symbol they use for any illicit activities is usually a "W.D." to show that the Whispering Devils have contacted you, most of their symbols is a crudely drawn devil with an ear to signify their territory.
Diane herself gets very much involved in activities of the gang, most always being around where their is drama and if a sudden politician decides to move away it might be Diane herself threatening to murder their children or even destroy their reputation by spreading false info with intense amount of work.
Their main thing of theirs is blackmail, whether it's a few photos or it could be an entire folder of information of what she has on them. Her spies are everywhere and most always use some form of hidden magic, they are most always trained daily by Diane since she knows her way around fights.

Club / Bar Info
Their club is mostly centred around loud music and dancing from night till morning, but during the day is just a peaceful bar, the place moves and changes around from it being a large club to a small bar in mere seconds when the sun comes up and everyone leaves, housing a variety of drinks it still has patrons from before the change of ownership from the previous one to Diane. The club also has a secret door taking people to below the club, a large expansive room that houses stuff from guns to poisons and their stacks of money which they decide is fun to burn sometimes.
The club does have a tendency to change, one day a table here, the next the tables there, it changes to preference the owner of the place with some really heavy magic in play. One minute a DJ stand, the next it holds a grand piano with some lights looking at it.
