Their guide lingered at the edge of the clearing, staring out at the creatures as it did. While several of the creatures seemed to notice them, none of them made any attempt to do anything--not running away, and not attacking either.

We will need to decide how to handle them, their guide would think at them. We need to move all six. Carrying them all would burden us in the event we were attacked, but both herding them and making multiple trips have their own issues. I am open to suggestions. Otherwise, I would recommend trying to herd them back towards our starting point.

Ferris rubbed his chin, were these creatures dangerous or are they popular prey to strong predators...to many unknowns for him to take a chance.

Thus ferris jumped down from the high treetops inbetween marcus and charlie, making sure he landed in a bush to cushion his landing, "Hey. Either of you two brought a sleeping ailment or net. If we could subdue these fluffy things and then take them by a net we could hav the guide carry them back quickly enough before any predators smell them." he said as he stood up watching the fluffy creatures.

At the Guide's request, Marcus tried to think of ways they could easily transport the herd. Felix's entrance distracted him from this, especially when he noticed the Lich. Yelping, he stood up, facing Charlie.

"Was this the Effect of Charlie the Necromancer? Wait, this must be Charlie. I can't see him anywhere else." Was the startled train of thought Marcus had. Relaxing, he addressed Felix's question. "I think I might have one or both in my books."

Quickly, he flicked through a couple of his books most likely to have the objects in question. "Well, I have a sleeping potion guaranteed four hours of sleep, But sorry, no net." A thought struck him. "How heavy are these things?" Would they even be able to move them?

Charlie turned towards the group with a skeletal grin. Or what would have been a grin if not for the lack of lips or muscles.

"Well... I do have a large inter-dimensional box. Only issue is, it's below freezing. I could move a heating orb into one of the bedrooms, and we could lock them in there for now?" thought Charlie, directing it at their guide, hoping nothing else would be heard from him while he thought this. "and as for capturing them or carrying them... erm... I have quite an unreasonably high number of undead. including this lovely gentleman"

and at that, a large undead, which Charlie always referred to as The Undead Wreathed in Chains stepped out of the box. It was several inches taller than Charlie, and no exposed flesh could be seen, as the undead was covered in chains, wrapping around it's body and legs. It had been most useful in the past few months, fighting the chimera, the panther, the hydra and all sorts of monsters in-between. a pair of small eyes on stalks made of bone popped out of the box, just above the lid, and looked around.

"Some of the chains on him can be used as nets, but if that's too big, I can get out a few Retiarius skeletons armed with tridents and nets."

The creature observed the group placidly, giving no outward sign of emotion. Really, it was almost entirely non-responsive to anything, even if it's eyes seemed focus on the group.

They are not heavy, it thought, answering Marcus's question. They are simply unwieldy. I cannot carry them myself, even when I found them before.

If anyone was watching the creatures, they might spot one near the back with a large red stain on it.

I would be worried about injuring them using such large, heavy chains. They should not be difficult to round up, the issue is transporting them, their guide continued.

"Right. Charlie your chain idea is out, and it looks like ill have to make a net." ferris looked around the woods, grabbing and pulling down vines. Then he'd use his transmutation skill to weave the vines into suitable fiber nets.

"This'll take me a little bit to tie up and ready, you both keep watch on those creatures til I'm ready." he said as he begun to tie knots and such with the vine fiber creating a net. "And Marcus pull out that sleeping potion for me, ill hold onto it til its needed."

So the Werewolf Became the leader? Makes Sense, Marcus thought, as he pulled out the book containing the potion, accidentally taking another book. It was that strange book he inherited. Maybe, using the book, he could pick up the creatures? No, they wouldn't stay in there long, and it was a fair distance out.

Taking the Sleeping potion, he rolled the flask around in his hand, the purple liquid swirl inside. He'd toss it to Ferris if there wasn't the risk of breaking it. Instead, he plainly walked over and put it next to him.

Looking back to the creatures, Marcus noticed one of them looked different, with a noticeable red patch on its back. "What happened there?" He asked the Guide.

Charlie sighed. For one, he hated being ordered around. He led armies, and nations. Ended them too. But, for now he would let the werewolf have his day. Worst of all, he hated being ignored. Judging from people's responses, they had only half listened to what Charlie had to say. He decided to vocalize things this time.

"I said," said Charlie slightly sharply "I have an inter-dimensional box containing a wide assortment of rooms. I say we lock them in one of the bedrooms to contain them, and capture them with these"

A small quintet of skeletons stepped out of the box, awkwardly making their way around the skeletal crab who was camping just inside the entrance. Each was dressed in gladatorial arm and shoulder guards, gripping a long trident in one hand, and a large net in the other. Charlie smiled as they filed in behind him, crouching down to stay out of sight of the creatures in the field.

"If it's good enough for Ceasar, its good enough for these creatures."

Charlie looked at where Marcus was looking.

"It seems to be different. To hoe, i don't know. It would be advantageous to capture it first, as it may be a leader of the herd."

Their guide observed them as they went about their businesses, preparing nets or summoning zombies or what have you, but after a few moments it would interrupt again.

Do you plan to catch each one, and then carry them with you? It thought at all of them, trying to understand their plan. It would not intervene either way, simply watching as they worked and being prepared to answer questions.

The one marked with red is the one my powers were tracking. It would be ideal to ensure that whatever you do, that be the last one you collect, so that if it slips away we can find it once more, it added, gesturing towards the marked member of the small herd.

Ferris looked at charlie's box as he finished the net, "Encase the creatures into your box huh. Fine lets give it a shot. Ill ensnare them with this net and you get you box ready to catch them. Sound like a deal, necromancer." Ferris ready the net with a rope at the end in order to pull the crowd of the creatures inside.

He gave it a twirl with his wrist and watched the marked one, he would need the guide's advice and aim towards capturing as many of the others as he could, so that if the marked one escaped, he could be tracked.

"Marcus watch our backs, charile stay right behind me." ferris said as he threw the net over his shoulder and took out the sleeping potion. He begun to crawl and sneak as close as he could to the group before he would take off the bottle top and insert one of his smoke bombs so that when throw and broken, the liquid would fuse with the gas and hopefully spread and hit all the creatures.

He throws the sleeping smoke bomb at them.
