Wesker chuckled, pushing back against the force. It wasn't getting easier to deflect these blows, in fact he had only barely resisted that last one. But physical (mental?) fortitude wasn't what made him a dangerous opponent anyway. His smile broadened as he cackled, trying to mask the fatigue setting in.
"Lies! I know Miss Shialaevar's past Nixis. She let you in here, she still considers you a friend, and as much as you complain I wager you still feel a glimmer yourself." He gestured around the space. "How much more can this body take Nixis? I can feel it straining. How much do you care about it? Vlad has a child, do you really care so little about that?"
He cast his gaze to the imaginary ceiling as Vlad's voice cut through the haze to them. "I have the advantage her Nixis. All I have to do is resist you until they switch me back. What will you do if you beat me? Kill Miss Shialaevar? Fight this father of hers, kill her daughter? If you just wanted the body you would have taken it when you were first brought inside it, when she was weakened and feeble. How many times since then has she been in such a state, drained by her magic, and you just sat back tending to the body?"
Wesker cackled again, resisting a another wave of the Kitsune's presence. Not much longer, just keep talking. "This doesn't have to be so black and white Nixis. We both have things to gain from this. I need to not be sent to the rehabilitation academy because of Miss Shialaevar's curse, and you could use some resources outside this body." He listened for a moment to Vlad arguing with her father. "...Or we can continue like this and everything goes back to how it was before. You're choice Nixis."
