Confederation of Milky Way Species

The Confederation of Milky Way Species is expanding! A lovely lore page will probably be around later today, but the jist is that they're a non-governmental organization that essentially serves as an awkward UN for species from all over the Milky Way.

Hokuikeikai is both a Manta Carlos Minister, as well as an ambassador from the organization. He deals with a lot of alien stuff around the island.

The big purpose of the confederation is to encourage plotting between different species - figuring out what species know about each other, what past interactions are like, etc. So this is both a want ad for species to be part of the confederation, and also for people to plot with the Maka, which are detailed in Hokuikekai's app there, under 'species abilities'.

@Arcadia - I assume space whales would be a full species of the confederation?

They wouldn't be a part of the confederation officially, but they do accept non-milky way members on a diplomatic standpoint.
