Nevin is a relatively recent transplant to the isle of Manta Carlos, and due to his wandering, and unobtrusive nature, he was missed by scouts until after he'd grown up. He is a decent alchemist, and is happily experimenting with the plethora of magical reagents available on the island. He's friendly, though he did have a brief dive into the criminal underworld in the outer world when they realized he could make weird, really potent drugs. For a time. He escaped, wandered the world, and eventually ended up finding out about Manta Carlos when he stumbled across a scout.

Do try to keep it legal, though - he won't be selling invisibility potions to horny teenage boys. He was one, once.

No, no, you aren't looking for products and such, you don't need anything right now. No, what you want is to cultivate a relationship with one of the newer arrivals to the island! Just come on by and have a few words - or, apparently find him hanging out at the community center and laughing his ass off at the teens and their antics. RIP His nose, though, laughing when trying to drink water. But hey, though, come on by and make a new pal to hang out with. He isn't really looking for a Relationship currently, as he isn't interested in settling down, though he doesn't mind a bit of fun between adults.
