OOC: Anyone with a character willing and capable of helping out, should sign up below with the name (and link) of that character and a brief summary of how they believe their character can help out.

This will be a forum/thread based event where we will encourage shorter posts and if someone doesn't post within 24 hours you may be skipped so that the action is not held up too long.

Sign ups will go through 9:00pm PST on April 17, 2020. The event thread itself will begin on Saturday, April 18.

Mysteriously, Tribdan is drawn to volunteering. Tribdan can help out with carrying people to safety and moving heavy things. They're pretty heavy, so even though they ~~mysteriously~~ know how to swim, it'd be easy for them to sink, so they'd have to be careful there.

Illu is a mermaid, for one, so she is a great swimmer and can help in the water. She is also the princess of a fairly large mermaid clan, and can direct them to do whatever is needed as well.

Her and her clan are also deep sea mermaids, in case it's necessary for them to reeeeeally go deep down into the ocean.

Salal Saskatoon Ursus - Salal is all in all strong, fast and as a bear also a very skilled swimmer. She can lift heavy things and perform water rescue and do whatever needs doing. Salal has good people skills so she has no problem working in groups and following orders.

My girl Arnaaluk volunteers! They are a capable swimmer and is large enough to carry multiple people once in their humanoid or orca forms.

Miraj volunteers. He's an excellent swimmer, breathes underwater, and is large and strong with multiple limbs. Also not unused to heavy work. He could help tow boats and/or rescue people.

Rem is here to help. He can fly around to locate people in the water and can attach wings to people and objects to fly them to safety.

Yvarn can provide assistance via air or water. So he can help as a living oxygen tank or use air cushions to safely transport people to the coast. On top of that, if someone is already in the water, he can go retrieve them.
