Cat and mouse: No longer the cat (lazo)

The young boy was definitely prepared for this! Well it was Halloween and his favorite time of the year! This day was definitely special and with the Masquerade ball what more could he ask for?! Actually there's a lot more things but that's beside the point because it's Halloween! He was one of the first people to arrive to the ballroom , he was invisible so no one paid attention to him floating above the room at all. This was the fastest way to search for Mei that he could think of.....well he could have hung out by the door and examine every that entered but that was so boring. After several minutes of floating he groaned as he floated down to the floor and revealed himself in the crowd, not like anyone was paying attention.

Kaiser had handcrafted this himself after all and yes it was awesome. He had to hide the giveaways like his white hair soo, he had cut it and after seriously taking an hour on it it was now black..with a few strands of white sticking out, next the mask was half black and half white and heavily decorated but that's not all the eye mask had, Since his pale skin was very noticeable and his green eyes, Kaiser had the mask charmed to change his appearance making his eyes a sky blue and his skin a more livelier smooth pink color. The irony that the fact he actually looked waaay more human than before of course he doesn't feel like it, But this is why he was here! Mei was the only person that made him feel human like no one else did...which is strange to him.

Yes he is gay, 99.9% gay to be exact and there is a reason why it wasn't 100%. That reason is simply that Mei was that .1%, He loved her more than anything, except Andy...nothing comes before Andy, speaking of Andy the little turtle was also at the party, in Kaiser's purple coat pocket. Andy wore a similar mask and a purple coat but guess what? HE WASN'T A TURTLE, Kaiser found some old guy that was able to change Andy into a cat for the night, so it was a little bit noticeable that something was in his coat with the faint purring and the little movements he made. Kaiser tried his best by folding his arms over the spot Kitty Andy was and it worked..just barely.

He didn't know how long he was looking for Mei, like seriously how long was he looking for her until he saw someone fitting her description a bit walk by and head to the door. Not 100% sure it was her, he followed behind until she stopped and turned around and said Hello, great it worked she doesn't notice him yay! Then again...this could be a complete stranger who just happens to look like her. "Hello madam, I noticed you seem a bit lonely and a lovely person like yourself shouldn't leave the ballroom without having a dance first" Yes nailed it! Nothing could go wro- AND HERE COMES KITTY ANDY STICKING HIS HEAD OUT FROM THE INSIDE OF KAISER'S COAT! He tried to keep a smile on his face as he patted Andy's little head, very much ruined it...thanks Andy. "This is my cat....uh he says hello...."

Was his cover blown? Nah it couldn't be blown right? There was still little indication for Kaiser that this was Mei he was talking to other than her skin, white hair, and size, of course he could try to see If she still has the same habits..maybe not. Andy looked at Mei and then to Kaiser and purring before popping his head back into Kaiser's coat pocket only causing Kaiser to chuckle nervously. Upon hearing the masked girl's words he smiled and held out his hand. "Shall we then?" He said as he took her hand and led her to the dance floor.

He smiled at her as he then pulled her a bit closer to him as he held her hand. Okay so now he needed to see if this was really Mei or not. "So...did you come here alone or did you come with someone else? " Kaiser then placed his right arm around her waist as he continued to hold her hand with his other one. Okay, he definitely knew how to dance! He learned from the best he could find....which was from a bunch of dancing movies but he did learn something! " Me? I was actually looking for someone but...I don't know if she ever came...I think...I don't know. .she's really cute and I really wanted to dance with her and yet...I haven't been able to find her..." He said this as he was looking the masked girl in her eyes but soon looked away to search the room again to see if he could find anyone that looked like Mei other than the masked girl he was now dancing with.

So he was still not really sure if this was her or not but Andy seem to thinks so, either way he'd continue to dance with the girl. "Ah well I'll help you if you help me find my special someone....but yeah, the girl...I like her, she makes me feel I don't know the word for it....I just love her." He was blushing a bit as he said that as he continued to slowly dance with the mysterious masked girl.

Kaiser would then let go of her hand and raised it to her cheek as he gave her a warm smile. "However I think I found her...isn't that right Ms. Supreme Ruler Okay he's trusting the mysterious masked cat on this. Of course if the girl wasn't Mei it's not like his identity was blown or hers...just a really embarrassing guess. " IF you are her...would you mind closing your eyes? " If she did so he would give her a small peck on the lips as he floated them up and through the roof and into the night sky. Once there he would then remove his mask as Andy popped his head back out. Of course removing the mask made his hair turn snow white and his eyes back lime green. "So how'd I do? Super mysterious and awesome right? " He was holding her tightly close to him since well...they were floating and he didn't want her to fall. "Sorry I had to like leave that place....too many people for me plus a dance in the night sky with the stars and moon for the backdrop is three thousand times more romantic right?" Andy slightly purred as he moved around inside Kaiser's coat so he can full stick his head out of the coat and looked back and forth between the two.

"Why not both?" He continued to keep them floating in the air as he slowly danced with Mei, this was nice , he liked this..just him and Mei.....well there was Andy but he wasn't dancing or counts in this situation. "Can we...count this as our first date?" He asked innocently, then again they could count a lot of things as their first date but this one was different, he actually kissed Mei! Well it was just a small kiss..nothing fancy but it still counts as their first? Well he wasn't sure and decided to float them back down but instead of going back into the ballroom x he landed outside just a few feet away. "Okay..what I actually meant was...can we date? Um..I know how you are about wanting to be strong and swole but having someone to love you doesn't make you weak...so..uh...I WANT TO BE YOUR BOYFRIEND IF POSSIBLE! Yeah....I'd probably have to get your parents permission to but it's worth a try! Okay...I'm going to shut up now...." That...wasn't as smooth as it sounded in Kaiser's head and now he just feels embarrassed.

Kaiser smiled and blushed as Mei gave him a kiss on the cheek and he was really happy. "YEAAH!! JUST A TITLE, NOW LET'S GO GET YOU AND ANDY SOME CANDY!!!" He took her hand after he placed his mask back on and headed to the nearest home. It was simple, it all depened on what and how much of the candy they were given to determine whether or not if Kaiser would float in and get some himself. So here he was going trick or treating with his cool pet turtle who is currently a cat and with his new girlfriend.

The first house, it was a large nice home and taking the initiative and following the old tradition. Kaiser floated up to the door and knocked on it three times. A guy in a monkey suit opened the door and handed them bananas, chocolate covered bananas. That was in the okay zone because chocolate covered fruit. Next was this medium sized brick house with very spooky decorations and fog...black fog. Floating over to the door, the fog seemed to retract immediately and form into a creepy black hooded figure who held out s giant container of candy. "Soooooo cool!!!" Moving onward to the next house with way more scarier and very authentic looking dead bodies all around in the yard, Kaiser knocked on the door to be met with a guy dressed as....???? It's indescribable very terrifying, definitely not sure if that's a costume Cool right? Nope! Turns out he gave out apple slices and water!!!

After finishing handing out the goods The ???? Man closed the door and Kaiser immediately turned to face Mei. "You know what I'm thinking? " He grinned at Mei and petted cat Andy like. "Do you got the eggs?" Very innocently asked.
