Lexi had taken her time getting all of her books out of her locker, she hummed to herself as she decided to hold them close to her. Leaving her backpack and everything else inside as she closed the locker as she yawned a bit, her ears and tail twitching a bit. She turned around and started to walk down the hall until she looked at her watch. Taking a moment t-

SHE WAS LATE! This meeting was important. REALLY important. Like.. Life or death important.

Not really. She just liked telling people things she did was important.

she had a quick meeting to go to for her club as she ran down the hallway. Turning corners quickly thought she wasn't looking where she was going as she hit someone. She was clumsy as all her books flew around the hall. Landing on the ground as a book in the air hit her on the head.

"OWIE!" she said. Sniffing a bit. "Ow..." She rubbed her head with one hand as her other one rubbed her eyes. She teared up a bit after being hit with her own textbook as she blushed a bit, looking at who she had run into.

"O-oh I'm so sorry! I didn't see where I was going." She spoke lightly. Hoping that the other person wasn't angry at all.. Though Lexi herself wasn't angry, she was apologetic as it can get. "L-lemme help you."

Sherry was the type that sometimes didn't about what she was doing. Impulsive, as some people would say to her. It was hard to know that she wasn't the brightest person, with her personality outshining her flaws. She chuckled to herself as she walked away from her locker. Her eyes batted at everyone she saw, rising a few smiles and a just as many blushes. Sherry Rosales as undeniably cute and she knew it.

The girl waved at a few people as she passed along the halls, determined to make everyone's day better. It seemed though, that the girl was stopped in her tracks. Just like that, she was on the floor with her books everywhere. Her knees were up, making her feel vulnerable as she laid on the floor. With a sniffle, her head ached as it had hit the floor. With a smile she stood, helping the girl with her books. "No it's okay! It's really my fault."

Lexi looked at the girl she bumped into she was... cute. Almost as cute as her. At least from what dad and Mommy Genesis said. She blushed a bit as she sighed. At least not many people saw this. She was clumsy, but a lot of people seeing this would be embarrassing for her.

Lexi had tried to her best to keep composure, but she was flustered and embarrassed to no end.

On a scale from one to ten. This is a Yes on the embarrassment scale.

"N-no im sorry, I was running and i bumped into you. It was my fault. imsorryimsorry." she said lightly. Grabbing some of her books. Before attempting to help the girl she bumped into. Taking a moment to catch her breath and calm down she rubbed her head a bit. One of her ears was propped down as she fixed it.

Lexi saw one last book on the ground and reached for it.

The girl couldn't help but stare at Lexi. For her, the cat girl was lie some goddess that had brushed her with her presence. The ice girl had to divert her eyes away from staring for so long; could you really blame her though. "Please don't be sorry! My head was in the clouds!" She half clutched, fully standing as she picked up all her own books. She too looked down and realized that there was still one more left. With a quick motion, she bend down only to hit her head against the other girls. With a wince, her head shot up and her body staggered back before Sherry tipped over and fell again. Her books were a mess once again, to which Sherry only frowned.

Though she found Sherry's beauty utterly mind taking and left her breathless she grabbed the book and went to-

She watched sherry fall over. She tried to go to her to help her up, dropping that last book and her own as she dashed and..

Tripped over her own feet.

"Uh oh..." She spoke as she landed on top of something soft. Her eyes were closed when she fell so she couldn't see what she was landing on. She felt like she was going to be laughed at as the whole hall when silent. Either many of the students going to class or in their own little world but something..

But something felt.. Nice. Her lips felt like they were pushed up against a rose. For a few moments she was confused. Her eyes opened slowly as she saw Sherry's face, she tripped and fell onto her and kissed her too. Just like some of her romcom anime. Her own face blushing wildly, but she went to pull away, but something in her told her to stay here. She felt bliss and happiness.

This.. Was Lexi's first kiss.

She pulled away as her eyes opened up like a deer in headlights.

"O-oh. I'm sorry! I... I'm so sorry!"

Okay, so maybe this was the best moment of her life. No, not the part about being utterly humiliated in front of anyone made her heart skip a beat. Not the fact that she was dreading the thought of having to clean up all the mess of books yet again. No, it was the feeling of her lips being caressed by the other girls. Sherry's eyes had been open the entire time, taking in the likeliness of Lexi. She was beautiful, everything she had always wanted. When she pulled away, Sherry wanted more, she almost craved it. "I-It's okay!" The brightness in her cheeks indicated that her flusteredness was too much. This felt like her first kiss, but she knew that had long since been taken. "It was... I-It was really nice." Her green eyes looked away, as she tugged at her lip, wanting the tingling sensation to stay. "P-Please don't apologize for making me happy."

Lexi looked down, sitting up over Sherry. Something forced her to blush. It was that she made someone happy. Just by kissing. Someone... Who she literally fell for. She looked around seeing the hallway almost empty as she got all her courage together. Leaning into Sherry once more. Giving her another kiss.

Lexi wanted this. She felt like the world had stopped. That she was now truly happy. And from what she gathered Sherry did too. She held the kiss for longer before she pulled away once more. The tingling in her lips, the heat of her body.. The frantic pumping of her heart.

"I'm.. Lexi. Lexi Octavius." She spoke slowly. Trying to keep herself from doing something stupid. She looked down at Sherry once more. Her cat like eyes fixed to Sherry's

"C-could... We g-go out s-s-s-s-sometime? because.. you make me happy too." She asked quietly and nervously, she didn't even know she said it but she was hoping that she spoke lightly enough for Sherry not to hear, she wanted to ask. She wanted to stay like this for a long time.

When the girl hovered over her, Sherry raised a hand and placed it on the girl's cheek. It was warm there, like the sun was beating down on that place alone. When the next kiss came her way, her eyes shut as she embraced it for everything it had to offer. Her entire body felt like it was on fire. Sherry wanted to hold onto her newfound passion with all she could, as if the world would end if they stopped being this close. What even was this? Why was she so willing to let this girl be all over her? Was this what love at first sight was like? When they moved away and exchanged names, the ice girl only smiled brightly. "W-w-what a lovely name! I'm Sherry Rosales." She coughed, trying to catch her breath and regain some composure. That was all gone when Lexi continued to talk. "W-We- yes! I-I want you.... As my girlfriend?" The sentence alone almost made her pass out- she was never this bold!

The passion Lexi was feeling from this was perfect. It felt so right. Everything in Lexi ached for more. More kisses.. More of this girl's sweet touches. She felt Sherry's hand on her cheek. She started to purr at the touch. Much like a cat would when getting pets or being scratched as she smiled brightly. Moving her hand against this girls touch.

"Sherry.. Rosales.. That's such a beautiful name, for you." She smiled.

Though the next words caught Lexi off guard as Sherry spoke.

Sherry.. Wanted Lexi? As her.. Girlfriend? Her mind went black for a moment. She felt.. At peace. Like this moment could be held forever. Someone wanting to be with her. Someone caring enough to go out with her, on.. Dates. Her mind wandered on the kind of dates they could go on..

To milkshake parlors.. Going to get Ice cream.. Shopping.

The name rang a few bells in her head. She was one of the most popular girls in the school. She wanted to date Lexi? A straight A student? Daughter of one of the teachers? Lexi had 9 lives, but this.. This was a moment where should could die happy.

She leaned down and wrapped her arms around Sherry.

"Y-yes! Please.. I want to date you and see you more.. I.. I'm so happy. M-my Sherry Berry." She said with the brightest smile on her face. Trying not to cry tears of overwhelming joy as she held her new found friend and girlfriend close to her. Lexi began to purr louder. Enough for Sherry to hear. Just enough, to show that Lexi cared.

"T-thank you, oh thank you so much!" Her face was bright when she received the compliment of her name. Yes, she got it a lot, but it felt better when she said, whole. When she was hugged, Sherry could help but wrap her own arms around the girl. "I'm glad!" She giggled, trying not to be too overwhelmed by all that she was feeling. All of this was just so new for her, like some weird blur that was too much to get rid of. Sherry actually wanted someone, and for once, she was wanted back. "Me too. I was to.... Hold your hand and get to know you more." There was such a strong urge to kiss the girl again, to become one with her. "Sorry if this is all really forward... I just... I don't know you're too amazing to let go of."
