Artesia always wears black, and has heavy layers on no matter the temperature. Her black hair is kept pretty short, and only hits her shoulders.
Personality Description: Artesia is a very strange individual, she is fairly silent and rarely speaks to other people. She can be very mean to others, and dosnt really care about hurting peoples feelings. She does part time work in the library and likes books more than people. When it comes to love, Artesia devotes herself to one person, and very quickly becomes obsessed with them, often being too nervous to speak, she instead just follows them around stealthily.
Powers: Artesia is an elf, she naturally has very good eyesight despite her wearing glasses, she can see much farther than a normal person, and can even see fine in the dark. and she has a very good deal of training with it. She is also very stealthy, making her a great stalker.
She also has a powerful bow that has been passed down through her family for generations, it has no magical qualities to it, though it has a few quality of life improvements, its got an easy to slide on/off laser pointer, and scope. Artesia has hundreds of arrows in her dorm room with different types of tips for different purposes.
