Reen just kind of gave her a flat stare as she scrambled on the ground, not needing to bother asking if she was taking whatever stuff Evie had been. Oh boy, he could just feel the headache coming on already, the admin staff weren't gonna be happy when they heard about this.

He started sniffing the air, like a dog, gaze darting around the room until he finally found what he was looking for. He bent over at the foot of the bed and picked up the discarded baggies, holding them close to his eyes, giving them a quick shake as if to confirm their contents. Yep, he recognised the Spirit Mints, this wasn't the first time he'd caught some students using it before.

"Up." He said, tersely, standing back up, his tone making it clear he wouldn't take any arguments. You're coming with me. Now."

Estella flinched when Mr. Secuirty guard here spoke. Fuck, she was going to get in trouble. She would have been more worried if she wasn't so fucking high. Estella just groaned as she finally managed to get herself up. She held her lead low and tried to avoid giving the guy any eye contact. There wasn't going to be any way she could talk herself out of this, he literally had the bag in his hand.

Estella could attempt to run, she had the arm band but...she didn't want to risk losing that. Fuck.

Once she was up, Reen began to march her through the halls and out of the dorms. Trudging through the snow, he took her across the campus, walking past the various other students and staff still milling about, eventually arriving at the Infirmary.

Once inside, Reen sent her through to the beds, stopping to talk to one of the doctors. Inside, was Evie, reclining on one of the beds, the same lazy grin on her face, unfocused gaze settling on Estella as she came in.

"Aw maaaaaaaaan. The fuzz got you too?"

All things considered, she doesn't look all that concerned about being caught, she looks about the same as she would have back in her room.

The whole walk to the infirmary felt like a walk of shame. For the people they passed, Estella could feel like they were judging her. Well it was probably just paranoia she was feeling. They were going to call her mom, she knew they were going to call her mom and that was just....another thing she did not want to deal with.

Estella got into the bed next to Evie and gave her a cheeky grin. At least Evie seemed okay. "You're so laaaaame. How did you get caught?" She snickered and got more comfortable in the bed. Estella let out a sigh. "My mom is going to kill me..."

"Aw c'mon, that's all you have to say?" She giggled. "After I go out there, braving the harsh weather, lame people and smelly dirty security guards just for you?"

Reen, who could hear them from outside with his sensitive hearing, pointedly ignored that last part.

Somewhere in the back of her mind, Evie was mildly concerned. She didn't exactly have parents to upset, but the scouts who'd brought her to the island were pretty clear she wasn't supposed to get into serious trouble. She already had a criminal past, and they weren't going to be happy with any more major infractions.

But on the other hand, taking drugs wasn't exactly a huge crime, and besides, she was still pretty fuckin' high, and could only really find the situation funny.

"Don't worryyyyyyyyy about it dude." She rolled onto her side to face her, still grinning. "Just relaaaaax for now. What's the worst thing that could happen?"

"Yeah....don't worry about it." If only. Estella just groaned into the pillow they had on the bed. She knew how her mom was, she knew what was probably going to happen or had an idea of what was going to happen. This wasn't Estella's first time being caught anyway. She just wanted to shrink away and leave to avoid getting picked up by her mom and taken home when that eventually happens. Hopefully they give Estella enough time to sober up before that.

She glanced over to Evie and reached an arm out to her but obviously couldn't reach. "Thanks...."

Evie sunk back into the bed, giggling to herself about some joke she had just thought up, as unconcerned with the consequences of her actions as she normally was. Once she heard Estella speak up, she blinked a couple of times, refocusing her glassy gaze on her face.

"Huh?" The grin stayed on her face even if she seemed confused. "Like, what for dude?"

Estella let out a giggle and pulled her hand back because she obviously wasn't going to reach Evie this way. "For wanting to hang out with me duuuuh. You doofus." Suuuure, Estella was going to get in some trouble but she did have some fun with Evie. It sucked it had to end this way and it also sucked she still didn't get her hot chocolate but at least she had some fun. Estella will probably forget half of what they even did anyway once she sobers up. "I'm going to take a nap before my mom gets here."
Estella gave a wink at Evie and then turned to face the other way.

"Ahhhh don't worry 'bout it, ya nerd." Evie waved a hand dismissively in the air. "It's not like I was gonna go to anyone else."

It didn't really matter much at the time, but really, who else could she have called to hang out? It's not like she was particularly close to anyone, she didn't know anyone else who wouldn't have agreed. Evie looked back up at the ceiling, hands behind her head, all those little fears she was trying to avoid simmering under the surface.

"What are friends for, right?"

Ehh, whether or not this was a bad idea or not was something for sober Evie to worry about. For now, she was just going to relax and enjoy the high while it lasted. And if she remembered what Fennick said correctly, that was gonna be a while.
