Vito Rosales

It was a very, very important day for the Rosales family; it was their daughter Addy's Quinceañera. A child's Quinceañera was vital, to the kid, and especially to Klaus. It marked the day when a girl would finally turn into a woman, and Addy's, of course, needed to be perfect. Every Spanish girl looked back to this day as a marker of what they were going to be like when they get older. Vito was determined that Addy look back to it with nothing but fondness.

Addy said she wanted grand, and Vito was going to give her more than grand. He aimed for something out of a fairy tale. After pulling some strings, Vito managed to rent out City Hall's Ballroom for the entire day. It was a large, grand event with grand decorations, roses, spotlights, balloons, streamers, and velvet curtains. The dress code was strictly formal. There was a gift table as wide as the entire room, and half of those gifts were just Klaus. Each table had fancy white cloth with a rose centerpiece.

There was a wide dance floor where Addy would be dancing with fifteen of the guests later on, and a large buffet table that showcased every type of fancy cuisine, from lobsters to gold leaf parfaits. The waiters were all models, courtesy of Crown agency. There was an orchestra at the side playing Antonio Vivaldi's Spring as the guests descended the grand staircase, each announced by a local orator.

Vito himself was dressed in a rather handsome tuxedo, a communicator in his ear, listening to frequent reports of guards as they surveyed the perimeter. The security in the area was tight. After all, it was a mob daughter's Quinceañera. Some idiot would try to be cute. Vito gave strict orders to get rid of any troublemakers by any means necessary. With a pen in hand, he checked off all the guests that came in from his clipboard. Most of them were already accounted for.

Vito had professional make-up artists doing her clothes, face, and hair all morning. He got the message that they finished thirty minutes ago, and now were en route to the ballroom. Another update: She was here. Vito gestured at the lighting effects guy, dimming the the room as the spotlight was focused on the door. As soon as Addy came in, everyone stood up.

"Happy Birthday, Addy!"

Thunderous applause. The orchestra played a bouncier tune.

Vito walked up to Addy and bowed, offering his hand so he could take Addy down the stairs. He smiled. "So, what do you think? Was it everything you wanted?"

It would be silly to say that Addy wasn't counting down until her birthday. As soon as she was given the option to have a Quinceanera, it was all she could think about. Before it had gotten close to her birthday all she could think about was glitter, raves, good music, and presents. That was pretty much what all her previous parties were like, however that changed as she had thoughts of fancy parties and dresses. It was her chance to have her dream party and she was pretty much going to take it. She knew that Vito and Klaus were very good at throwing parties, especially ones for their kids. Shay's birthday had been wonderful and she was excited what that could mean for hers.

She had woken up earlier than normal, excited to get her hair was braided back into her rose shape with the rest falling to her shoulders. She was glad that hair grew back before her birthday. Her Crown was brighter than her unusually dark shade of red hair. She wanted to make sure that everything could stand out on its own. After her hair she had gotten her make up done and felt every inch the Princess that she was and wanted to feel like. As soon as it was time for her to get dressed she couldn't wait to get to the party.

Once dressed she walked outside and saw a beautiful carriage waiting for her. She might've squealed really loud, for like four minutes straight. Like, she wasn't even sure the day could get better than Cinderella carriage that was better than Cinderlla's. She quickly got in and started toward the city hall building. She tried to take in every small detail of the carriage, she didn't want to forget a single thing. When the carriage was shrunk and handed to her, she literally went watery eyed at the small purse form it had taken. It was small enough to wrap around her right wrist

For all the attention Addy was paying, she didn't even notice the carriage stopping, nor did she notice the guards opening the door for her. If she was being honest she floated blissfully towards the top of the staircase, in awe. The theme matched her dress and shoes. She gladly took Vito's hand as she finished walking down the steps. She hugged him tightly a bit watery eyed.

"It so perfect! Way more than I could've ever dreamed of!" She pretty much knew how Cinderella felt in the fairy tale. Only she didn't have until midnight.

Shay couldn't say she was completely excited about another large party, but she was adept enough at acting enthused. She was somewhat emotional over her and her sister growing up. It had taken until now for all of that to sink in accurately. Shay had been so consumed with the ideas of growing up; she hadn't stopped to take the time and realize what it meant.

Shay had donned a bright red dress with flower designs, to keep with the Rosales aesthetic. Her hair was too short to do much with it, so Shay left it as it always was. Besides, Addy was the one who was meant to glow tonight, and boy did she.

Eroshay couldn't remember a time she'd screamed so loud than when she did wishing Addy a happy birthday. She had hidden her most expensive gift at the back. A pink scooter just barely legal for Addy to drive without a license. On the table, she had an assortment of other gifts, two of which were a pair of lovely green dresses (one on the fancier side, while the other had just reminded Shay of Addy), and a yin yang pendant made up of two cat eyes.

She glanced at her boyfriend, Auden, who she had invited with approval from Addy, and grinned at him.

He was at a very fancy 'party'. No, you couldn't even call it that. There was a lot of things that Auden was confused about. Though it was a bigger party, he thankfully knew most of the people there. For Auden, he thought that it was honorific of Eroshay to have invited him. Even though they were dating, he would have understood if bringing his whiny, inconsiderate ass would just be a burden on her. To prove that he was ecstatic enough, he had donned a black tuxedo. Compared to his partner, he felt a bit overdressed. Her dress alone turned heads as they walked (including his), but sadly she wasn't the focus that night.

Addy looked like a modern goddess. She fashioned the Rosales colors as Eroshay had, but he didn't think of it until he had stared for a good minute. "She looks really happy and beautiful." He commented on Addy's appearance to Eroshay, before meeting her smile. "You look lovely." In his other hand, he clutched onto a small box, which contained a necklace that he had found at a local store. At this point, he didn't know Addy as much as he wished he did.

It was all a little overwhelming for Adelyn. She didn't realize a part meant...this. Storm gave her the impression that parties were usually smaller, but this was huge and so many people. She was both excited and nervous.

Storm helped her pick out a nice, colorful dress that complimented her two-toned eyes to wear, as well as a gift which Adelyn clutched in her hands. Honestly, Storm wasn't particularly more knowledgeable about parties than Adelyn was; her life among humans had been rather quiet and reserved. So the two had an interesting experience trying to figure out something out to give to Addy as a gift. What do demons even like??

Adelyn ultimately decided on a Kanzashi flower hairpin that she thought would compliment Addy's hair color and was just really really pretty. She really hoped that Addy would love it.

Despite normally bursting with energy, Adelyn was actually feeling a bit shy now. Addy was quickly being surrounded by people, and Adelyn didn't really think it was a great idea for her to try and get through that crowd of people. Addy would want to see all her friends and give everyone a turn to talk to, right? So Adelyn thought maybe it would just be better to patiently wait away from the crowd.
