Alexiel's eyes widened. Who could try to kill a plant and live with themselves?! The fifteen-year-old ran and tackled October, pinning her down. No one messed with plants and got away with it!

October blinked and yelped when she was tackled down. "She's lying!" she yelled, trying to wriggle free.

Sidaj smirked and ran over. "Thank you, Alex." She took October's arm, her plan becoming clearer in her head by each second. "Come inside, October." She said in a sweet, motherly tone. "And we'll discuss this calmly."

Alexiel smiled sweetly and stood up, allowing Sidaj to take October and lead her inside. That brat was going to get whatever she deserved.

October squirmed around. "Let me go!" she demanded. "NOW!"

Sidaj felt like just killing October then and there, but that wouldn't be as fun. "Now sweetie, don't squirm. You're just making things harder on yourself. Come along now." She dragged the unwilling girl into the castle. "Alex, why don't you go on into the green room while I talk to October?"

October growled. She stopped squirming, but she would get to have this talk with Sidaj... or Rachel... whatever she went by these days. "I can walk on my own," she grumbled.

Alexiel nodded. She went back to the green house, smiling again. It really was nice here.

October mumbled something inaudible under her breath. She followed Sidaj into her study, though, ready to summon her scythe if the witch pulled anything. She didn't know how to use it, but Sidaj didn't know what. Plus, scythes were rather scary.

"We need to talk about what you've been doing," she said. She wasn't a child anymore, and right now, that was definitely showing through.

October was wary at first, but the crying made it true. There was no way she could be lying if she was crying about it! The young teenager nodded honestly. "Of course I will!" she said. If Sidaj wanted to stop, then the thirteen-year-old would help her.

Even if she was growing up... October was still rather naive.
