Sam Portman, or "Sammy" as most people call her is a really shy, timid 15-year old. Due to a traumatic experience as a child, she has trouble being around people who aren't obviously just human. Horns, claws, tails, etc. She prefers to keep to herself focusing on her studies, and if someone were to talk to her Sammy stays silent. She only uses a dry-erase board to speak, occasionally using ASL on the rare occasion someone spoke with such.
Since she's in high school and is around more people, I wanted to see if Sammy could become friends with someone. They can be anybody (including visibly just human), but preferably someone who has a visible thing that makes it more obvious they're not human. To help get over her fear.
(Side note: Sammy isn't really looking for a relationship. Maybe close/best friends, but nothing more.)
