Though this little woman could literally set her roots down, Inoue's feet were currently graced by a pair of straw sandals while the flower rather spent time figuratively setting down roots within the Manta Carlos Islands. The pale-skinned woman had spent most of the night in the nearby park rooted within a bush, a habit she had picked up ever since she had woken up as a sentient flower some few years ago. It was plenty weird at first, but Inoue felt most comfortable relaxing closer to other plants like her. They weren't very good conversationalists, but then again neither was Inoue. Plus, she could still listen to her earbuds and play on her phone while she was rooted. It was a win-win situation!
Now, the moon blossom had moved on from the park to explore more of the island. She fluttered about five feet up in the air, black birdwing butterfly-style wings with the texture of flower petals keeping herself in the air. She was dressed in a brown folded cloth dress with a split skirt, allowing herself plenty of room to flex her legs while she flew about. There was red lace interwoven about her collar, ending in a lace bow at her collar. Her dress also had detached sleeves, held onto the central part of her dress by more red lace interwoven along each article of cloth. She had an equally miniaturized purse at her side with several dozen miniaturized keychain gadgets; mostly Tamagotchi-style games, as well as two different phones in her purse, a jade-colored one and a scarlet-red colored one. Though Inoue liked the jade one, the scarlet red phone matched her eyes so closely that it was hard not to travel with it!
Dressed as she was, Inoue might've looked a little odd fluttering about the Strip, her appearance notwithstanding. Inoue hardly knew what might be 'odd' and what might be normal, though, so for now she was merely going with the flow as she so chose to do. Her reason for coming here was simple; she had noticed a lot of pretty lights in this part of town. That was the only reason she needed so far! Inoue trusted that nobody would try to kill or mug her out of nowhere, considering everything she was carrying was too small to be of use to the vast majority of people in Manta Carlos, so the moon blossom didn't worry too much about her own safety. Being tiny had its advantages!
Inoue read all of the signs that were arrayed about the Strip with growing interest - many of them had such unusual names! The little flower wasn't so naive that she didn't know what some of the more raunchy buildings were about, though that didn't mean she couldn't find interest in some of the other buildings. In particular Inoue tried to enter some of the bars, most of which she was allowed into after a quick check of her ID showed that she could actually drink. Sort of. One of the bars she flew into had a bartender stare at Inoue strangely when she tried asking for any rice wine - not because of the request, but because of Inoue's size. The little flower found that she could get some free drinks if she just asked for some sake poured into a bottle cap, with most bartenders thinking it too small a size to charge for.
With a plan set in motion, Inoue spent most of the morning going from one bar to another, getting one free tiny drink from a bottle cap she was carrying around. She tried out more than just rice wine, but some of it she had trouble stomaching simply because the taste didn't sit quite well with her. Regardless, after only a hour or so the now quite drunk fairy was lazily fluttering about in the street some five feet above the ground, humming a quiet mental beat to herself.

Kaya stretched outside of her shop getting ready for daily morning run. The air felt good on what skin was exposed from her clothing. At the moment the only things Kaya was wearing totaled to a black shadow silk sports bra and loose grey shadow silk running shorts that barely came down a few inches from her hips covering the upper most parts of her thighs. Running didn't make Kaya sweat or anything, but she did prefer to feel the air on her skin over the confines of clothing. Even if it was her Shadow silk. Sometimes it was nice to be free.
It didn't take long for Kaya to put her leg down from her last stretching position against a wall before she turned to the mouth of small street she had her shop on. Taking a few deep breaths and bouncing on her hooves a couple of times Kaya got into position. She stayed in a ready position for only a short breath before she was off running on her route. It would take time for her to build up to her maximum speed of 20 miles per hour and she knew she could only get there on the long stretches she put into her route, but she wanted to get moving as fast as she could.
Turning the corner once she reached the end of the street Kaya put a little more speed on as she began to build up to roughly 10 miles per hour and was getting into her grove. Being early in the morning she didn't have to worry about to many people walking on the side walks so she didn't have to do much weaving through crowds but there might be more later in the evening. It wasn't until a little bit later as Kaya was reaching the start of the first straight away and could really push her body that she noticed something odd coming out from one of the bars.
At first Kaya thought it was a person much farther off but it turned out to be a small person that was really close. Kaya stepped to one side and continued onward. That person was certainly different, but this was Monte Carlos. There were a lot of strange people walking around... Something Kaya didn't know right at that moment was the fact that said little person had dived into her hair as she had passed.

While Inoue fluttered out of her last bar and was humming out loud a random beat that was playing in her head, the flying flower slowed to a halt when she heard a set of clopping noises. Inoue tried to time her beat to the sound of the hooves in the distance, bobbing her head to the left and right as she did. Given enough time, the source of the curious sound rounded about a corner on the street some fifty feet ahead of the moon blossom. Squinting to get a better sight, Rinyu's jaw dropped lightly when her scarlet eyes caught sight of the unnaturally beautiful woman of the night running towards her... or, that's how Inoue saw it herself, at least!
Inoue's mind, of course, took 'woman of the night' quite literally, as the succubus' skin ahead was a cool color, her hair appearing as if it were a portal to the night that the flower had just recently enjoyed. Growing more enamored as the seconds passed by, the young woman couldn't help but fly up and sneak passage onto the sparkly hair that Kaya kept for herself while she jogged. As luck would have it, the inebriated fairy was able to sneak her way onto the scantly clad woman's hair as she was running by, right as she turned a corner!
Though Inoue was disappointed that it wasn't suddenly night again, the young woman decided to relax in the succubus' silken hair, though since Kaya was running the fairy had to grab a hold of some locks of hair to keep from falling out. Once situated, Inoue felt the air rush by her and giggled, [sub][sup]"Go, gallant steed, go!~"[/sup][/sub] she chimed, clearly having fun... and perhaps a little too drunk.

The air felt absolutely wonderful and running through the streets made her blood pump which was always a great feeling. As she ran though Kaya thought she heard someone in the distance say something about a steed? Which seemed odd for this time of day in the Strip. Turning her head for a moment she didn't see anyone in particular following her or even looking in her direction... okay that second one was a lie, there were plenty of people that were watching her run as she was being rather skimpy on the clothing at the moment.
But none seemed to be trying to say anything to her so she figured that she must have just thought she had heard someone talking to her and she continued on ward and as she turned around one corner began to pick up speed trying to get to her max speed before having to turn again. "Here we go..." She said to herself as she put on a determined face and her hooves hit the pavement in a faster tempo to get up to a higher speed.

After having had a little fun pretending she was riding a horse, the tiny flower nuzzled the starlit hair she had stowed away on, quite happily relaxing as the succubus that hair belonged to had yet to actually notice her. If this young woman hadn't gotten liquor into her system she would've likely only tried poking at Kaya's hair as opposed to using it like a fuzzy bed, but that poison's specialty was removing limitations! If Kaya slowed down enough, the little fairy would just close her eyes and fall right asleep. After all, she was a nighttime flower - the day for others was more like her down time and vice versa.
However, once Kaya picked up speed, Inoue started to tense up - this ride was starting to go a little too fast for her liking. Before her inebriated self could properly react by actually jumping off, however, Kaya sprinted up to her max speed. Left with no recourse but to hold on tight, Inoue let out a squeal while her heart kicked up into overdrive. She wanted off of this crazy ride! [sup][sub]"A-Ah! W-wa, wait! Stop! I'm gonna fall! Wait![/sub][/sup] Inoue yelped, closing her eyes tightly as she somwhat dumbly forgot that, if she did fall off,

Kaya was nearly half way through with her run when she felt a small tug on her hair and she heard that small voice once more. Having to slow down by hopping a few times taking long strides to quickly slow her pace. Once she was at a full stop she whipped her head around a few times looking for the source of the voice. However she remembered the tugging sensation on her hair she stopped and reached a hand back into her hair she found something there.
Gently holding on to it she brought it out of her hair and in front of her. Putting her hand palm up she saw the little fairy like person she had seen earlier on her run. "Oh darling! I'm sorry, I hop I didn't accidentally snag you in my hair. That must have been a bumpy ride back there." She brought her other hand up as well and gently brushed their hair. Whoever they were they looked absolutly adorable and she thought it unfortunate that her hair might have unexpectantly grabbed them as she had run by. "I hope you are alright darling."

Thanks to all of her worried yelps and pleas to slow down, Niisu found that her 'gallant steed' was finally slowing down. With a relieved sigh, the somewhat drunk flower relaxed, thinking it'd be nice to go back to trying to nap in the silken hair that she had stowed away on. Truly, Niisu was dedicated to being quite the freeloader! However,
she was further woken up once Kaya shook her head, not to shake Niisu off but to look about the area, trying to find the source of Niisu's voice. Just a moment later Niisu found a hand grabbing hold of her, leading to a yelp of surprise!
Once Kaya held open her palm with Niisu atop it, the tiny flower was lying sprawled on said hand with frazzled jet black hair, one of her legs hanging off the side of her palm - she looked like a total mess! Lethargically, the moon blossom sat up and looked towards Kaya with what appeared a deadpan expression, though that was ultimately Niisu's resting expression. If she weren't inebriated, she might've given the succubus a controlled smile,

The little fairy person did look a little worse for wear and maybe a little angry. However the little fairy said that Kaya's hair was pretty and that their name was Inoue. "Oh, thank you Inoue. I'm Kaya it is a pleasure to meet you... though I'm thinking the circumstances could have been better." As Kaya spoke she began to notice how dishevled Inoue looked. "Though I think I have a way to make things better."
Kaya pretty much assumed her run was going to be over so she. "Would you like for me to give you some new cloths? As an appology of course you won't have to pay for anything." Kaya gave the little woman a smile trying to be friendly. Espesically with just how adorable Inoue was.
