Stefan shook his head and laughed. The arrogance of his family always caught him off guard. But it seemed all too familiar at the same time. While Stefan might not have been the same type of arrogant as Sylvi, he was certainly confident and played that to his advantage.
"Be careful underestimating mortals. You may just come against one like Sigurd, or maybe even stronger. It's not unheard of."
While mortals where prevalent on the island and one of the peoples Sylvi may run into, they were far from the only ones. This list could go on and on, and only seemed to be getting longer the more time he spent here.
"All manner of people. Dragons, Harpies, Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, Eldritch beings, and even other gods. Just to name a few. That's what makes the arena so exciting, you never know who will be fighting each other and what the outcome may be."
