Enelya shook her head, and sighed. "Why do you worry about what other people think? I'm sure your not the first one to think your crazy. Your at a school for the gifted. I can talk to animals, and plants. I don't remember the first time it happend, but I can still feel the cold stares of others as I spoke to them. Crazy isn't new to me, Paul." Her voice was quiet, and caring, but then also missing the softness it usually held.

"Corona also said to keep him a secret, apparently there are people that would kill me on the spot if they found out about him. Or something. Erm.." he sat down and brought his knees to his chest as he wrapped his arms around them. "Corona is my other personality. Or something. Ya know.. I'm not really sure. He acts like he is a real living thing. But he's never told me. Actually, he never tells me anything."

Enelya listened to Paul explain his other persona, and nodded. "So was the flash of the yellow eyes I saw earlier, was that Corona?" It all seemed to be falling together. The persona who had so intensly prodded her feelings was Cornona, while the much quieter, and much more shy persona was Paul. Not to mention the strange looks and conversations he seemed to have with himself too. "What about your power, since your being honest now, can you tell me that? Or will Corona become upset with you?" Enelya believed Paul. She hoped he would take her statement sincere, because it was. She naturally believed in the goodness in people, and didn't think they would lie to her. Both a fault and a good trait she supposed.

He looked up at her and nodded. "Yes, Corona took over. He also says sorry for making you feel bad, he was just trying to help. My.. "power" is difficult to explain. Corona says it is something all humans naturally have the ability to do, but the severe amount of sins they commit nullify that ability. He also says it normally takes people dozens of years to advance as far as I have in just one year."

Enelya let out a small laugh. "I already felt bad." She shook her head, continuing the conversation. "Try to explain it, would you?" Her purple eyes held curiosity within them, and she played with one of the loops in her cartilage, quite interested with an unexplainable power. Especially one that all humans potentially have.

He stood up and stretched a bit. "Well, every human body has some sort of spiritual attunement with the Heavens. But, Like I said earlier, continuous acts of sin quickly diminish this attunement." He looked out towards the lake. "Corona has taught me to harness this spiritual energy to protect those who require it. Because of my high spiritual energy, this naturally draws evil and corrupt creatures towards me, as I am naturally loathed by them. "

His right hand went to the handle of the sword sheathed at his left side. He closed his eyes for a few seconds, then unsheathed the sword. She would probably be quite surprised to see that it was a dull, rusty, worthless piece of junk. "Once I became strong enough, Corona sent me on a trial to obtain this. It allows me to focus my spiritual energy."

Enelya wasn't sure if the Heavens existed. She believed in Nature, and the power of Life... But wasn't exactly sure about Death. But, she figured that she would allow Paul explain it to her. She figured if he was attuned to it, as she was tuned into Nature, that it worked the same way. "I have a connection with Nature, does that count?" Her playful persona seemed to resurface itself, as she tried to let go of her mournfulness.

She looked at the rusty sword, and figured it had to be like the holy grail. An ugly, mediore peice of junk with holy powers, in order to ward off people of the unworthy. "May I?" She asked.

He seemed to think for a moment. "Corona says your ability may or may not be a form of spiritual power. Chances are outside influences gave you such an ability. He says most students here with powers have either mutated, tapped into some sort of spiritual ability, or changed due to 3rd party influence. He says it used to be common for humans to have magical abilities, but they ended up losing such power. The ones with magical abilities most likely had ancestors that knew magic. He also says that it is possible an old family member of yours was a Druid - someone who had a strong affinity with nature and could do things similar to what you do. But he doesn't know for sure."

He took a closer look at his sword. "This is a deceptive state the sword takes when not in use. Its spiritual power cannot be sensed by anything or anyone except heavenly beings. Like angels. When I need to use it in combat-" The blade shined brightly, and became a beautiful jeweled longsword with a heavenly glow "- It becomes this, and the amount of power it has is quite clear. Did you want to examine it up close?" The blade returned to its normal piece of junk self as he tossed it to her.

Enelya went into thought, and shook her head. "Sometimes I'm not so sure I'm human..." Her voice trailed off. She hated not knowing her past. Sometimes she felt like she was missing out on her life. "I suffer from amnesia... I don't even know who my parents are, regardless who my ancestors were."

Her eyes widened at the sight of the transforming sword, and she grasped it as it was handed to her. She looked it up and down, and smiled. Quite a nice piece of metal indeed. And handed it back to him.

He took the blade back. "Of course, even transformed, it can't even cut flesh. It attacks differently than normal swords." He laughed. "I'm sure you'll find out who you are some day. For all you know your parents are looking for you! Or maybe a sibling is. Right? Maybe you are part of some secret clan of nature people!"
