Asai Kokoro

Class had ended, and Asai was a little more than confused about the interactions that went on in his class. He was enrolled into Starlight to learn to read and write properly, but the subjects he was learning made it a bit difficult even if they were your everyday English and Maths classes. He had been walking around the school looking for something to do.

He rather enjoyed sports even if it didn't show on his exterior, so while he was on break, he hit the sport track. He did a couple of warm ups before doing some sprints. After sprinting, he worked on his combat skills. He had good stamina, and focus, going through routine after routine, stopping and starting from the beginning if he felt himself mess something up.

The sports field was quite lively today, not just with the different sports teams practicing, but also with individual students working out. Dominik Claret found this a beautiful sight, being a teacher in the Combat area, and being a lover of fights and such.

But he didn't join the activities. He situated himself on one of the benches on the sides of the track and field area, scanning the place with his eyes and watching students who were doing quite a good job.

One student in particular caught his attention. Because after a sprint, this student began practicing some combative skills, to which Dominik was pleased. 'You can't practice fighting to the fullest without a partner,' he thought as he moved up behind the boy, wondering if he was good enough to sense if a person stealthily approaches. He'd have to be, or Dominik would think he was no good.

Once right behind the boy, Dominik swung his hand from the side, ready to strike to the neck, though of course he had no intention of making it land.
@Bubble'n'Squeak - I'm soooo sorry this took so long! But anyways I'm posting again and I'll also work on the other one asap!

The younger boy seemed focused, not only on his own moves, but also observing the other students, he had indeed sensed the other approach, but waited until the last minute before blocking the sneak attack that wouldn't have landed anyway. The child stepped away and turned to face the older. "You are quite light on your feet, sir. If I were any other student, you may have gotten me by surprise. Even if you did attack with no intention of connecting." Asai this is no time to play Sherlock Holmes and analyse the person you have only just met.

@Trahnael - Is cool. Thankyou~

"Oh?" Dominik let an amused smirk sprawl over his face. He took his hand back after the kid blocked it, although really, it was just an introduction and he didn't mean to sneak up on him. "That's quite good, you even knew I wasn't going to land it at all," he said, crossing his arms over his chest. "What's your name?"

"Take no offence, but if you wanted to land the hit, you would have continued to attack after I blocked, but I felt no extra force, one indication that you had no intention of connecting. Another is that we're on school grounds, and judging by your appearance and the way you speak, you are a teacher, deliberately attacking a student would jeopardize your position as a teacher." Asai responded. "My apologies, I am Asai Kokoro." Asai bowed rather than extended his hand, more the traditional formal type.
