Clairvoyance: Lucian is able to sense certain events that will take place in the future. This helps him figure out what stories to report on in his radio station, but it also helps keep an eye out for his best friend/co-host, Emory. Most of the time he can learn about these events via meditation, usually after ten minutes or so. However, there are times when his "sixth sense" goes off randomly, usually for short little events with no real concequence but helpful to know nonetheless.
Biography: Lucian was born and raised in Manta Carlos City. His family was well off, so he didn't have a whole lot of trouble financially. In elementary school, he met a young boy named Emory. They met on the playground, and after Emory shared some of his gummy bears with Lucian they became good friends. He was like a bigger brother to the triclops boy, always watching out for him.
The older the two got, the closer they became. When they were both out of college they decided to start up their own radio station.
