Angel is one of the more ambiguous cases of gender. He's a small boy with white hair stylized in a bob cut that reaches his jawline. He's flat-chested for obvious reasons and is fair-skinned. His eyes are the wackiest color eyes you will ever see. They're both almond-shaped, but that's pretty much where the similarities end. One eye is red outlined with green and a yellow pupil, and the other eye is blue outlined with purple and a dark blue pupil. There are no answers as to how this is even possible let alone normal. He is very skinny and smooth. He stands at 4'1'' and weighs about 63 lbs. To make matters more awkward, he often has long nails since he's not a nail biter and doesn't clip them.
His outfits are very urban and vibrant. He always has a fancy newsboy cap on his head and likes wearing summer clothes. They often have some kind of digital or new age theme to them. He also owns a wild variety of clothes featuring video games. He seems to have a thing against shoes, so he's always running around barefoot. Angel likes bright colors no matter what hue they are; this means he is more than willing to wear barbie pink. He's also open to having people play dress up with him.

What makes them unique from other angels is that they look more like a digital pair of wings than a bird. It looks like he pulled them out of a 16-bit console.
Personality Description: Angeles may be one hundred years old, but he acts and thinks like he's nine. He is very playful and mischievous like his sister though not nearly as malicious. He loves being around people and is very friendly to others. Since he's an extrovert, he can get lonely pretty easily if there's no one around. He's fairly innocent-minded, so his knowledge on certain subjects is very limited. Thanks to his energy levels, he can be a bit of a handful. The boy's an imaginative oddball, which can lead to hilarious and awkward explanations for things. Don't expect him to answer "Why is the sky blue?" with a scientific answer. He is also super internet savvy. He is always up to date on memes and catch phrases, even if he doesn't necessarily understand them.
Powers: Angeles is a technomancer. He is able to manipulate technology through magical means. This allows him to utilize machines and modern inventions to do what he wants. This makes him a skilled information gatherer because he can collect and store data without having to even be on a computer hacking codes. He can hack stuff just by utilizing his magic. This innate hacking ability is what allows to also communicate through data. What he can do is a matter of time; in a short moment, he can steal a few juicy bits of information or send a quick IM. Through extended time and energy, he can go as far as to project an AI of himself as a method of communication. However, this is very draining and requires concentration as well.
Using tech as resources, he can also build and repair machines. Given that he has enough materials for it, he can create various constructs with his magic or repair existing ones with ease. He would be an excellent tech support with how he can repair computers or create crazy toys and gadgets. He just requires enough energy, time, and materials. The materials are important since it's an equivalent exchange model; a piece of metal will not allow him to make an airplane. While they don't have to necessarily be an actual part of the finished product (So he doesn't need an actual plane engine to make a plane), he does need the total amount of electronics and metal to add up to something equivalent to that finished product.

She was like a big sister to him. He was an angel-in-training for a number of years before moving on to be the lowest class of angels. His job was simple; he was a messenger for those on Earth. He could go down to Earth and consult trouble souls in order to help lead them to the light. However, this job was only granted to him very recently, so he was still training and following his superiors around. He watched what they did and assisted very little. He was fine with this.
What he wasn't fine with was Narcissa suddenly deciding to become a Nephilim and escaping to Earth. Heartbroken by his older sister's fall from grace and abandonment of post, he chased after her. He arrived to Manta Carlos, a place filled with strange people. He took on the form of a nine-year-old for that is what he was to the angels; just a small child still. What he was doing was reckless and against the rules, but he didn't care. He wanted to convince his sister to come back and save her from the demonic influences he sensed immediately on the island. However, thanks to his inexperience and age, he ended up with a very ambiguous boy form that fit his childish and immature mindset.
How did he end up with it you asked? Well, he used the angel's heaven network to go through the line to Earth. The consequence was he became something of a "digital angel". He was definitely real, sure, but he ended up going through the internet of all places to get to Earth instead of a proper portal made by an angel. This also influenced his abilities and made him entirely centered around technology. Majority of the few angelic powers he had got changed or stripped away thanks to this unorthodox method. The only thing that remained were his wings, which were now pixellated to fit his form. This also means that he lost his near-immortality and would now age as per Earth's time instead of remaining in the same form.
As an academy orphan, he looks to find a way to reach out to his troubled sister while surviving on the island.
