Appearance Description: Simmley is a tall, lean figure. At full height he just reaches 6 feet 10 inches tall, looming over many individuals. Simmley would never be caught anywhere wearing anything one would consider ‘casual’ in attire. Simmley only wears formal business attire to make himself appear presentable to anyone that would desire to make a deal with him. His hair is a deep brown and always seemingly slicked back, his eyes a bright emerald that almost pierce the soul. Simmley also has a wide, permanent smile plastered onto his face that only extremes like surgery or glamour could actually remove. Simmley also always carries around a rather elegant looking cane with a large metal lantern on the top to serve as a handle. Inside of the lantern a brilliant blue orb swirls inside, unable to leave its metal cage.
Personality Description: Simmley presents himself as a polite and considerate buisnessman who really enjoys the people around him, especially his clients. He treats everyone with the respect they deserve as best he can. He also outwardly finds enjoyment in others benefitting from the gifts that he grants those that agree to his deals, but in reality it’s amusement in how they use the boons they’re given. Internally though Simmley cares about one thing and that’s receiving payment for his deals. As long as payment is received Simmley doesn’t care what people do with the boons he grants. Simmley doesn’t break his facade at any point in time as long as he can help it, the only time it begins to crack is when people try to break or exploit his deals.

Timeless body: Simmley does not require food, water, or sleep to sustain himself, Simmley also is incapable of feeling any pain.
Safety Latern: If Simmley is ever killed or his body destroyed, his soul will retreat into his latern and the latern will seemingly vanish into another dimension. After a week the latern will return to Manta Carlos and Simmley’s body will reform.
Stern Mind: Mental abilities have no effect on Simmley and instead redirected to a random soul in his lantern.
Weaknesses:
Frail body: While Simmley is comparable to a human by most aspects, his body his oddly frail. Physical damage can be serious to Simmleyan average punch or kick can leave serious bruising or even fractures while anything more can more than certainly break bones.
Biography: Simmley has been recorded to come and go from place to place through most of history. Nobody knows exactly where he comes from or what he is. Simmley arrives and leaves almost randomly to places, whenever they see fit really. This is exactly what happened with Simmley and his arrival on Manta Carlos. Simmley merely appeared one day on the island and ever since then has set up his own little shop for anyone who is dumb interested enough to take his deals

Simmely can grant those who make deals with them (almost) whatever they desire. Things that directly affect others such as the death of someone or extremes like ruling Manta Carlos Simmley can not grant. These deals require a payment deemed meaningful by the individual who’s making the deal (For example a regenerator can’t give up parts of his body for a deal or an immortal being who will never die can’t give their soul up at the end of their life). The amount of the payment also is affected by the strength and length of the deal. (Another example: Good luck for the week may only cost you your pinky, while good luck for the rest of your life would require your soul.)
If the person who made the deal with the Simmley tries to get rid of the deal in a way against the terms ( people could remove their deal safely with via Simmley), the binding magic automatically takes serious payment from them. The deal also won’t go into effect if the person is incapable of being effected by this type magic.
The deal can only be made one the person who wants the deal is given all the terms of service of the agreement and accepts them. Once they do any form of ‘confirmation’ (Ex: A firm handshake or signing of a document) will cause the deal to immediately go into affect.
Once the deal is made, a seemingly undestroyable physical copy of the contract will manifest itself to Simmley for safekeeping due to legal reasons. Once the deal ends the contract will dissipate.

The souls regain any physical abilities they had in life but lose any will of their own and must obey any order Simmley gives them. Simmley can only call three souls out at once to command and they can never be more than 50 feet away from him at any time. If they are forcibly moved more than 50 feet away, their body will disintegrate.
