Shara is a young, waifish looking Prax girl with a slightly tall, lithe build. She is slightly taller than a typical Prax girl of her age, but otherwise she is fairly average to look at. Typical for a Prax, she has dark skin and violet eyes, with back length lavender hair.
She wears clothes purchased for her by her adoptive father and tends to prefer darker colors over bright ones. She wears heavy, durable boots whenever possible or else goes barefoot.

Shara is generally a quiet girl, thoughtful and introverted. She can participate in a conversation just fine, but she tends to defer to others on how to behave and what to do or say in a social situation. She is fairly non-reactive to things, having difficulty emoting and expressing herself most of the time. When she is able to express herself, she is still fairly muted compared to other people.

No force can remove something that Shara has gripped in her hand. If her hand is cut off, it will still not come off.
Jackrabbit Protocol
Shara can increase her speed and reaction time tenfold for short bursts of time, typically no more than ten second intervals. After leaving this enhanced state, she is winded for a moment and must catch her breath. Likewise the protocol takes several minutes afterward to recalibrate for safe usage. Rapid sequential uses of the Jackrabbit Protocol risk causing a brain aneurysm and/or death.
Synaptic Pulses
Shara can mess with the nervous system of any creature within around 10' of her. These are usually small things, such as causing your leg to twitch while you run, making your vision or hearing flicker off for a second, or causing a brief sensation of touch. She can only do this about once every twenty seconds or so normally. She can only affect one person at a time.
Under Heel
Shara can create a localized area of increased gravity within twenty feet of herself. She increases gravity by five times on a single five foot circle within this range at a time. Activating this ability requires her to stomp her foot onto the ground and can only be maintained as long as she can keep said foot planted firmly in place. While she maintains the gravity, she expends energy as if she were sprinting.

As a Prax, Shara is physically superior to a human in terms of burst strength: she can dent a steel plate with a kick, leap thirty feet into the air from a standing position, and sprint 100 meters in five seconds. Her carrying capacity and lifting strength is roughly the same as a human’s however. She is also more durable than a human, able to withstand a great deal of blunt force trauma before being injured.
Masked Presence
Due to intense psychological training and genetic modification, Shara does not make sound when moving, breathing, or picking up objects. She has also had her scent chemically removed, making her a void for those with enhanced senses of smell.
Perfect Trajectory
The microprocessor in her brain adjusts for the geometry and physics of any situation around Shara, allowing her to act and react with preternatural efficiency and accuracy to her environment. Against an opponent who is not graced with supernatural speed, Shara can dodge any melee attack that is directed at her. Likewise any ranged attack she makes will never miss if the target is stationary and nothing moves in the way. Even for moving targets, unless it is moving quite quickly or has incredible agility it will be difficult to dodge.

When spoken aloud where she can hear it, the word ‘Vedite’ causes Shara to be wracked with pain to the point of falling over for several seconds.

biography
Born on Mes and sold by her parents as an infant to pay off a debt they owed, Shara was used as a test subject in cybernetics experiments. She was conditioned from the moment that it was feasible to be an assassin.
She, like many others, was liberated when Malara came to Mes to stop the Daughters of Flame from being slaughtered. Taken in by the war goddess’ cult, she eventually caught the eye of one Saeta Jind al'Kahn. She did her best to show the girl a different purpose, but realized that she couldn't devote the time that she needed to on her.
Saeta gave the girl a “mission” to kill a target that didn't exist on the island of Manta Carlos, confident that spending enough time interacting with the populace could help undo some of the conditioning on the girl. The angel also informed her master, Malara Tor, of the girl's arrival so she could keep an eye out for her.
Using the teleportals from Diutune to the Starlight Observation Station and then to Earth, she made her way and followed the instructions given to her to sign up for classes.
