Appearance Description: Jun is a really normal-looking dude when compared to the vast majority of residents on the island. He stands at 6'0 in height with an average weight and muscular build. He has tanned skin due to birth and his ample time in the sun. Jun's dark black hair could be considered long but he sees it as short compared to what it could grow to should he let it.
The most glaring physical trait that alarms people to his not so normal nature is his eyes have pupils which take the image of an X and an O as seen above. This is a result of an event that took place when he was much younger that has left this permanent distinction on his face. When out in the narrow reality for work precautions are taken to make the oddity indistinguishable by normal narrow reality technology.

His affinity with electricity is so absolute he can sense it around and can pinpoint sources of power around him if given enough time.
The strength of Jun's electricity ranges from deadly to harmless as he deems fit for the situation. The range of his attacks varies depending on what he's doing with small bolts of electricity traveling the farthest and pulses being the shortest. Though the caveat of his pulses is that they cannot reach the damage necessary to kill a person on impact like a bolt/stream could.
Old Reliable's Cousin: Due to the nature of his work and the place he lives Jun keeps a custom made anti-power pistol which fires off rounds capable of diminishing or negating the powers of those hit by them. The gun is called old reliable's cousin because it is modeled after his weapon from his time as an officer. Jun only keeps one spare magazine at any time with each one holding 15 rounds. The strength of the gun is enough to pierce the tough hide of magical creatures such as dragons and strong metals like steel. These bullets do no reverse effects such as shifting. For example, a werewolf will not shift back into their human form if hit, and the same goes with a dragon however they may find powers tied to those forms weakened like a dragon's breath or a werewolf regeneration.
Individuals hit by bullets from this gun who hold some power greater than that of a "normal" narrow reality human will find their abilities either negated (Such as the durability of some dragons"), or diminished (Such as the healing of wounds). Essentially to anyone this gun fires at the target is human. Once hit by a round from this gun the target will find that their powers are weaker or do not work with the effects lasting ten minutes per round. However following his ideal of preserving life where possible the gun does not only fire lethal rounds but also nonlethal. These effects remain the same regardless of type as the effect stems from the gun itself and not the projectiles fired.
Essence manipulation: Jun was a former member of the temple of Ovanessa and has applied their teaching to his arsenal of abilities. Jun is capable of controlling the essence within his body to deliver strikes akin to a person with super strength. Where most new entrants into the temple struggle with using these strikes for long periods of time Jun is capable of delivering these strikes for days on end without feeling energetic fatigue. Along with this Jun can channel his essence into physical materials making them stronger and capable of delivering strikes comparable to a magical item. This enhancement is limitless as long as he holds the item and lasts around ten minutes after letting go.
Passive Abilities:
Refined: Jun's time undergoing temple training, Police training, and Scout training has refined his senses and reflexes to a supernatural level. All forms of sensory information taken in are, organized, and processed quickly enough that in the time it took for the event to start and end Jun will have recognized minuscule details. Jun will pick up on minor details in his surroundings such as a bullet casing at a crime scene or small scratch marks on a wall. Another example is in the split-second someone runs by him he may be able to read their whole face, body language, and mark details of their body. A combat example is if a punch were coming his way the body movements necessary to throw it at him would be a slower sequence of events in his mind then in reality.
Perfected Form: Jun has moved past the constraints of aging and will essentially live forever unless he is physically killed by means that aren't magically trying to induce death(Ex. Bullet to the head). This form of magic takes the form of killing curses and spells whose main end effect is meant to cause death. Elemental magic like a fireball does not fall under this as a fireball is really just fire and will burn him or anything else no matter the recipient. If the magic was some autokill thing then it would then be considered magic trying to induce automatic death.
This power includes immunity to diseases and other natural means that may face an aging person. This enlightenment has also brought minor physical changes to his body making him tougher to harm but not enough to stop a bullet from piercing him or a car crash seriously hurting him.

Instead, what happened was a never-ending yo-yo of dying and coming back to life which he feels the pain of repeatedly. Now to negate the curse Jun must take a special medication every four days to ensure this limbo does not return.
