Younger Sibling for Ophion

This want ad is for Ophion Hughes. It's pretty open ended - he has a younger sibling who is probably between 24-16. Their mother is a naga based on a blue racer. That said, Ophion himself is not a true naga - he has random patches of scales and a few oddities (he's bad with cold and very flexible). His sibling can either be a naga or just have some small signs. They can also have alternate powers, although Ophion doesn't.

They'd have the last name Hughes and had a mostly normal childhood. Beyond that, I've left it all pretty vague so it'd be as open ended as possible.

No particular breed - they could easily be a blue racer, which has super vivid blue scales. They could even be a full naga, if you want! Just throw ideas at me.

Honestly, I didn't do any particular mythos - I just went with generic. His mother is a snake from the hips down, more or less. Totally human from up there. She's a pretty standard two armed naga, issues with heat generation, no magic to speak of.

So, pretty standard naga/lamia.
