Simon realized how redundant their dance and conversation was becoming. Looking around the room, he tried to think of something interesting to do.
'So...Are you having a good time? I rrealized how boring this must be getting...But it's hard to be funny all the time.' He smiled and shook his head. 'I don't know. Maybe I'm loosing my touch.'

Nielle Sole walked in. Oh, why did I bother to come? He stood, alone, in his tuxedo - the fancy one his parents had insisted upon sending when they'd heard of the dance.

His date had committed suicide right before the dance. <_<

He raised an eyebrow and said, 'Alright.' Leading them through the crowd, he brought them to the balcony.

He walked back onto the dance floor, looking for Lauren. Dodging half the dancing people, he was starting to get confused. "Lauren? Oh Laaaaureeeen!" he called with a small chuckle.

Caitlin leaned in towards Simon. "You said you wanted to have fun and I have an idea. You could make people do some strange stuff with your mind control and scare them by whispering in their head. Or we could think of something else if that seems too mean."

Aiden found Lauren and walked up to her. He put his hands over her eyes, "Guess Who!" he said to her, waiting for a reaction. Aiden couldn't help but laugh.

Simon chuckled. 'I thought you were nice and polite. I'm not sure I want to associate myself with someone so mean.'
But even as he said this he scanned the crowd for who to play the prank on.
'Controlling them would take to much energy. But I could speak into their minds...'
