Ian walked into the Ballroom. For some reason, he hadn't bothered to dress himself up much for the occasion. He was wearing a pair of jeans, a black Allstar Otis t-shirt, and a suit jacket. He wasn't planning on really meeting anyone here, so he just found himself a seat and sat down watching some of the other people dancing.

Not wanting to make himself seem alone, he got up and walked into a crowd of people so he wouldn't stand out as much.

Seth looked around. Keira was talking to some guy and so was Belle. Now Seth felt extremely awkward. Just standing there alone, he was usually Mr. Social but tonight was a tad shy in fact.

"that's cool. I've been here like a month or something. It's a pretty cool school once people start to notice your there. Meet any cool people yet?" Belle asked.

Ian looked down at his shirt, and thought of the past few days. "Not really." he said trying to make that not sound so depressing. "Everyone around here seems so caught up in their lifes, or some relationship, or something. I figure, why rush anything, they'll notice me when they get around to it.." Ian shrugged.

Ian decided that he had enough of just standing around pretending he was doing something. He walked over to a chair near the wall and sat down.
