Whisp is a petite fifteen year old standing around 5 feet tall. She has the start of what could be curves later on in life but she doesn't dwell on it. She has perfect posture and looks some what delicate, as if bumping her too hard could cause her to break. She dresses a bit on the feminine side of the spectrum preferring form fitting jeans, skirts, and dresses. She's the type of person who values fashion over function most of the time. She doesn't get upset when jeans have fake pockets. Her hair stormy blue color and almost always in a ponytail as it's the quickest style to put her hair in. When she does wear it down it's waste length and thick. Sometimes her hair elastics snap and she has to tie her hair up again.

In dragon form, she's mostly white, feather like scales covering her head,body, and tail. The feather's look delicate and thin but are a thick. Her wings are made up of light blue feather like covers in 3 inches of ice. she's around 7 feet tall, and 8 feet long. Her wingspan is around 12 feet.

Whisp for the most part is a friendly and playful young lady. She enjoys all kinds of sports, mostly those that involve water of some kind. If she had to pick a favorite it would be somewhere between ice skating and surfing. She's very confident in herself and the choices she makes and she's not afraid to stand up for what she believes in. While she is very opinionated and probably has something to say about everything she has the tendency to keep to herself. It's not that she's against social interaction she just doesn't force it. She's just as fine with being alone as she is with being surrounded by a massive amount of people.

She spends most of her time outside of working out or doing some kind of sport, reading as many books as she can. She prefers fiction to non-fiction but she understands the importance of the later and tries to read a few educational books now and then. She's a bit oblivious when it comes to feelings, as in it would probably take throwing a brick with the words 'date me' written on it for her too notice people's interest. She does read a lot of romance novels, which are pretty much her guilty pleasure.

Ice Manipulation -

Whisp is able to create andor generate ice to do two things,
Ice Tentacles - She can create up to ten, eight foot long tentacles made of ice that she can control as if they were limbs. She can do this in either form by either creating the ice herself or using the ice in her surroundings. The tentacles can either be attached to her body or a flat solid surface.

Ice surfing - Whisp can create a frozen ice path infront of herself and 'surf/skate' around at inhanced speed (40mph). The path melts and reappears in front of her as she moves and does not have to follow a straight line, it can lift off the ground and loop around. She cannot fall off the path unless pushed off.

Dragon Physiology - She's a dragon and thus has a dragon form. She can shift between forms at will as well as partially shift her wings, scales, claws,tail, etc.

Ice Clones - Whisp can make up to 3 semi-sentient clones of herself completely made of ice. They do not have a mind of their own, and act on her orders. They melt after 3 hours or when exposed to temperatures over 85 degrees.

lengthened Lifespan- Whisp will continue to age and then slow down aging at her prime (around 25) from there on she will live on unless killed. somewhere between the ages of 30,000-45,000 she's stop being able to shift out of her dragon form and then turn to ice.

Enhanced conditioning- Whisp can lift 600 lb in human form and a ton in dragon form. Her eye sight is on pair with a hawk and her sense of smell is one the same level as that of a bear's. She can hearing is good enough to hear a pin drop in a loud crowded room.

Cold Immunity - Whisp is Immune to cold, and does not feel cold.

Due to using the moisture/water in her body to generate ice she has to drink 4 times the regular amount of water required for her species to stay hydrate/alive. She's weak to heat magic and heat based attacks.

Whisp was born part of the Rukt'In clan, her parents being cousins of the previous chief's children. Her childhood was pretty normal, she grew up in Switzerland loving the cold environment but was curious about life outside of her community. Her parent's were pretty content to staying with in the Swiss Alps, but allowed her to move to the island to go to school, seeing as she had family there. She moved the island recently, and her parents call to check up on her to make sure things are going okay. .

She lives off her parents yo, but is currently living with Huilu
