"I know, you do. Figure out whatever you need to, do whatever you need to do..." she told him softly after he had kissed her back, making her sigh inwardly at that, it was a very different kiss in a way to the old Broen's, and she found herself drawn even more to him now. It scared Zora, more than she'd ever have admitted, but she also didn't want to run away from what she was feeling right now.

Leaning her head against his, she closed her eyes when she felt Broen's hand tangle itself in her hair just enjoying the closeness of him now. "I'll be here whatever you decide," Zora said as she nuzzled him gently, before kissing him once again. "Take your time, find out what you need, want, I'm not going anywhere," she told him, willing to let him go and find out what he wanted from life. She knew he deserved that much and that she owed him that much.

Broen's breath hitched and he flinched a bit from the second kiss, but he didn't pull away. "If you tell the cops everything... you know there's a good chance you'll end up in jail right? I-"

He shook his head and leaned closer to Zora, kissing her again. He held her there, briefly slipping his tongue past her teeth before pulling back. Broen's eyes were shut. He was trying to pull his emotions together. Releasing his fingers fingers her hair, he ran his hands down Zora's shoulders to her arms.

"If you're in jail, you won't be here. I mean. Like I said, do what you gotta do. But don't make promises you don't know you can keep."

"I know, I could go to jail if I told them everything..." Zora said as she leant into the kiss, and then stepped closer to Broen, "I was just planning on giving them the information I have on the warehouses mostly, and about the curses too, my brother paying off Marie." she told Broen, shivering slightly as he ran his hands down her arms.

"I don't know about the rest yet. I haven't figured that out. I don't want to go to jail, but I've hurt so many people too, I honestly don't know what to do." she told him, leaning her weight, body against him, just wanting to be closer to him for a while longer. "I am so sorry I have made such a mess of everything," she said before burying her face in his chest.

Broen flinched a bit more when she pushed closer to him, unsure of himself. Everything felt wrong and raw and sensitive. He wrapped his arms around Zora and started crying. Not small crying, but quiet sobbing. "Fuck this... fuck these feelings."

He finally let go and sighed, scrubbing his face until his skin was red and hot and sore. Looking at Zora, he let out a hitched breath. "I... think I need to go. If I stay, I'm gonna end up..." Doing what? He wasn't sure exactly. He just had a feeling that if he didn't get out of here now, he'd definitely do something that he'd regret later.

Zora felt Broen let her go and as he did, she looked up at him, she had also been crying and so just nodded her head at first.

"I understand, I do... go, I .. I have made things awkward for you," she said taking a tiny step back from him, very aware now that she was probably crowding him, making him uncomfortable and being just slightly selfish wanting to be close to him when his emotions were so new. She hated herself for that, she really should have known better.

"Shut the fuck up..." Broen huffed and scrubbed his face again. "You haven't done shit. I'm awkward right now. But..."

Broen started for the door, sighing. "Call me in a few days, pet me know what's going on. Yeah?"

He walked out the door, not looking back because if he did he might actually have a breakdown.
