Broen let the tea pot smash against his helmet. It was basically a motorcycle helmet, so something like a ceramic jug wouldn't cause him too much trouble.

He hadn't been expecting the guy to have portals. So he lost a good chunk of the pennies. Not that it mattered; he had plenty of ammunition to keep going. If he thought that first trick was dirty...

Broen's right hand came up to meet Kakeru as he threw his punch. A punch was nothing. And even if it wasn't, he could handle it. After Freddie's beating, he could handle anything. A gout of blue flames erupted from Broen's hand. They burned as cold as normal fire would burn hot, threatening frostbite within a minute of contact. But they still spread like normal flames, catching onto and covering the desk in frost.

Anything is fine
With a satisfying sound, the ceramic tea pot shattered against Broen's helmet, splashing its hot contents both onto him and Kakeru. Though the liquid soaked into Kakeru's sleeves and sizzled against his skin, he didn't pay much attention to the red patches forming on his bare hands. He'd have worse burns to deal with if he didn't act fast.

When Broen caught Kakeru's fist, he could feel that there was some extra weight behind it, more than what one would expect from someone of Kakeru's build. It almost felt as though his knuckles were made of lead, making the impact a bit rougher.

As cold fire began to spread up Aisuke's hand, his mouth twitched - more in annoyance than in pain.

'The Boss must really hate me... everyone on this island is a fucking wizard.'

He probably should've pulled away the moment the blue flames began licking at his skin, but instead he shot his other hand forward, this time straight for Broen's neck. Although they were weak, it was noticeable that there were similar flames sparking in Kakeru's palm, and should his hand come in contact with the man's neck, he would be able to feel the chill of it.

"Listen buddy," Kakeru suddenly spoke up. "I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve by attacking me, but if you think killing me will do you any good, you're going to need to rethink that. You're aware I belong to a much bigger organization?"

Aisuke was fully aware he probably wouldn't be able to take this guy on. He'd be able to put up a fight, sure, but he'd never been much of a killer - well, except for a lady killer, that is. But obviously, he didn't intend on losing here - he just had to win with persuasion rather than prowess.

That first punch was a lot harder than Broen thought it would be. Super strength? He missed being able to tell what other people's powers were. When Kakeru threw the second punch, Broen seemed to vanish before his fist could hit him in the throat.

In his pocket universe, Broen stepped around his opponent who was moving in slow motion: a full minute to each second that passed in the real world. Getting into position behind Kakeru, Broen reappeared and pulled hard at the coins that were embedded in the other man's body, probably ripping them out in the process.

"This isn't really as much about the debt as you think, my nigga. You can call me Krombopulous Michael. Cause I just love killin'."

Broen unleashed another blast of his freezing flames, ready to vanish and assault Kakeru from a different angle if he turned to attack again.
